I think trading Wallace for Miami will be addition by subtraction. Clearly didn't fit, was overpaid and sounds like a bad locker room personality.
Kenny Stills is underrated, still only 22 and he's a fast dude. Add him, Jordan Cameron, then hopefully a high pick WR and you've definitely upgraded.
Speaking of a 6'3 WR, Louisville's DeVante Parker could be available tor the Fins in round 1, he's a good player too. If Cooper & White weren't in this draft, Parker would be getting a lot more hype, he's legit. _________________ Lakers, Chargers, Dodgers, Arsenal FC.

Quote: | 49ers sign Reggie Bush
Reggie Bush has landed in San Francisco.
The 49ers have signed Bush today, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.
Bush heads to San Francisco after a two-year stint in Detroit that started with a solid 2013 season but ended with a disappointing 2014 season. The Lions cut Bush after the season.
San Francisco will be Bush’s fourth NFL stop, after five years in New Orleans, two in Miami and two in Detroit. At age 30 he’s not quite the playmaker he once was, and he won’t make up for the loss of Frank Gore all by himself. But he can still be a solid contributor in a limited role.
Bush had also drawn interest from the Patriots, who may keep searching for a replacement for the departed Shane Vereen. |

Agreed. It was a pathetic move by Ireland. Pittsburgh knew he was expendable. We tried to force the offense through him and still he whined. Finally when Landry developed, he pouted and asked out of the last game. Now we get what Wallace should've provided in Stills but younger and now faster. Now if we can only get Cameron Jordan. Then we can have Dion Jordan, Cameron Jordan, Jordan Cameron, Cameron Wake.
I like Parker as well. The more I read about him, the more I like. Would be happy if we got him, unless the pipe dream of Kevin White comes true. _________________ http://media.giphy.com/media/zNyBPu5hEFpu/giphy.gif

For those like myself who look at the various Mocks, hoping to get an idea what your team will do to miraculously turn it around (as with the Rams), I found this to be interesting. From Scout.com, Draft Muncher, here are the averages of the predictions of some 50 or more mocks of the various draftees.
02.58 Jameis Winston
02.67 Leonard Williams
03.79 Marcus Mariota
05.27 Randy Gregory
06.21 Dante Fowler
06.45 Amari Cooper
08.64 Shane Ray
09.39 Kevin White (WV)
10.42 Danny Shelton
11.03 Brandon Scherff
12.52 DeVante Parker
13.06 Vic Beasley
14.91 Trae Waynes
15.22 Andrus Peat
15.91 Landon Collins
16.82 La'el Collins
18.50 Alvin Dupree
19.75 Malcom Brown
21.41 Shaq Thompson
22.22 Ereck Flowers
22.59 Eddie Goldman
23.21 Jaelen Strong
25.03 T.J. Clemmings
25.11 Melvin Gordon
25.48 Arik Armstead
26.23 Todd Gurley
27.63 Dorial Green-Beckham
28.00 Marcus Peters
28.50 Byron Jones
29.00 Benardrick McKinney
29.72 Eric Kendricks
29.76 Maxx Williams
30.00 Jordan Phillips
30.53 Jalen Collins
31.13 Eli Harold
31.75 P.J. Williams
31.91 Cameron Erving
I took this down to Cameron Erving (C,OT,G), whom I could see the Rams drafting, but he is not worthy of a #10 pick, nor will he likely be around at #41 in the first round. Considering that the Rams don't really have a center, a right guard or a right tackle right now worthy of starting, let alone anything close to being dominant, and that there might be some really good players of need for other teams still around at #10, AND providing Erving performs at tryouts as advertized; that Scherff is also as advertized but taken before #10; and that someone really wants that #10 pick, the Rams can trade down to somewhere around the 25th position, while also picking up, a couple high picks (maybe a #2 and a #4) in addition.
Can anyone tell I really liked Draft Day with Kevin Costner?

Quote: | Erik Walden allegedly slashed by ex-girlfriend
The ex-girlfriend of Colts linebacker Erik Walden is in custody after allegedly slashing Walden’s arm with a knife and breaking the arm of a woman who was with Walden in Braselton, Georgia.
It could have been worse. Via WXIA-TV, Erica Palmer allegedly confronted Walden and the woman with a gun and a baseball bat. Walden got the gun away from Palmer, but she then struck the woman with the bat and ran away.
As Walden and the woman were heading to the hospital to have the broken arm treated, Palmer allegedly reappeared with a knife, cut Walden, and fled again.
Palmer is being held without bail, charged with two counts of aggravated assault, family violence aggravated assault, theft by taking, and first-degree burglary. Walden, who has fathered two children with Palmer, was treated and released.
Walden has spent the last two seasons with the Colts. His career began in 2008, with the Chiefs. He also has played for the Dolphins and Packers, including during the Super Bowl-winning season of 2010. |

http://profootballtalk.nbcsports.com/2015/03/23/jaguars-bills-game-in-london-will-be-shown-online-not-on-directv/
Quote: | Jaguars-Bills game in London will be shown online, not on DirecTV
For many years, subscribing to the DirecTV NFL Sunday Ticket package was the one way for fans to be sure they could see every NFL game. But this year, that won’t be the case.
The league will stream the October 25 Jaguars-Bills game in London online, and will not offer the game on DirecTV, according to Kevin Clark of the Wall Street Journal.
That’s a raw deal for DirecTV customers, many of whom subscribe to DirecTV solely because they want to be able to watch every NFL game. If you’re a Bills fan living outside Buffalo or a Jaguars fan living outside Jacksonville, you’re out of luck. (The league will allow the game to be broadcast over the air in the Buffalo and Jacksonville TV markets.)
The details of the online stream have not yet been announced, but the NFL is expected to sell the rights to a partner like YouTube or Facebook. For many viewers, online streaming is second nature, and this won’t be a major issue at all. If the online streaming platform works well on mobile devices, some fans may actually prefer it to the traditional TV broadcast. (The game will air in the morning in the United States, so quite a few Jaguars and Bills fans will likely bring their smart phones to church with them that day.) But there are still millions of Americans who don’t have fast enough Internet connections to support online streams, and those fans will be out of luck for this game.
The concerns of those fans aside, it’s easy to see why the NFL wants to do this. Online video is the wave of the future, and the NFL produces America’s most popular video content. That October Jaguars-Bills game is just one small step toward a future in which every NFL game is available online — and a time when fans who want to see every NFL game don’t need a satellite dish on the roof. |

I hate to break it to him but every game is already available via online streams. And yes I agree cats already own the Internet. |

This feels like the reverse "Vote of Confidence"
http://profootballtalk.nbcsports.com/2015/03/27/pagano-plans-to-coach-colts-for-many-years-to-come/
Quote: | Pagano plans to coach Colts for “many years to come”
Colts coach Chuck Pagano reportedly won’t be getting a new contract before the final season of his initial four-year deal. But that doesn’t have Pagano thinking about working for any other team.
“Be where your feet are,” Pagano said in a statement issued Friday night, via Stephen Holder of the Indianapolis Star. “What do I mean? Cancer taught me to be thankful for today. All I’m concentrating on is today. Then tomorrow. My focus right now is on the draft, bringing in players that can help us continue to grow, get better, and continue to ‘Build the Monster.’ I look forward to coaching the Colts this season and for many years to come.”
To summarize, Pagano isn’t thinking about the future but he plans to remain with the Colts well into the future. Whether owner Jim Irsay feels that way after the next football season ends remains to be seen.
It also remains to be seen whether Irsay issues a statement of his own. Or says something about the situation on Twitter. Using what may or may not be song lyrics. |

Chuck, from what I've seen, has been a solid coach. It makes me wonder how the Colts would have done with Peyton and Pagano instead of the terrible Caldwell. |

I don't think Pagano is that impressive but I think the GM is less impressive. If we were to get rid of him I don't know if the next guy woud be better either |

He has excellent potential. It comes down to dedication to the craft and patience of the coaching staff. |

Byron Jones is very intriguing. He missed the Senior Bowl due to injury and played for UConn, so he was flying under the radar. Was. He broke the world record for the broad jump and absolutely dominated the rest of the CBS in terms of the overall athleticism at the combine. He now has momentum in terms of draft position. But I believe little tape exists with him at CB. He could be a star or the NFL draft version of Exum. |
