Roster: Lakers
Coaching: Lakers
Scouting: Lakers
Analytics: 3rd round pick Michael Cooper. Vlade Divac as a first rounder? Ties into scouting.

I'm surprised so many people pick Golden State as the best roster, i'd think a healthy okc even with one of the worst coaches in the league would probably beat them 60-70% of the time in a best of 7 on talent alone.
