There's a Starbucks here in Irvine that always has cops hanging around.

Pretty sure they're entitled to breaks. It's not like there's a ton to do in Irvine anyway. LOL.

Interesting. I've been going to various Starbucks all over the country for years, and never have had that issue.

Me neither and I go almost daily. Maybe he's talking about espresso? If so, some grounds at the bottom of an espresso are normal.
