 way to screw the Lin+Davis connection... Lin got a stretch 4 in Kelly though, hopefully this can get Ryan going...
l like the all asian back court, Lin and JC switch the duty in both ends, both can play 1 and 2, both can guard 1 and 2 too...
Black has a touch job ahead though

Some interesting factors for this new lineup:
- Ryan Kelly will be playing the stretch 4 position instead of SF.
- This is the first time that Lin will be starting without a ball-dominant teammate since his Linsanity days (except for a few times on the Rockets when Harden was injured).
- Regardless of starting/coming off bench, Lin's minutes will probably only be slightly more than his current range. Right now, he gets anywhere from 20-30 minutes a game; it'll be more like 24-32 minutes as a starter -- not all that different.
- Lin will face better talent as a starter than a bench player.
- Lin, Clarkson, Wes, Kelly, and Black should be able to run (no Boozer or Hill)
- Pressey will coach the game, not sure what it means for playing time or substitution patterns or playing style.
- Russell Westbrook might wreak some havoc on this lineup! |

| I really like Black but if they are moving Lin to the starting lineup they should have moved Ed to the starting line up too unless tank well then...tank. |

Scary to think that if Kelly and Black were replaced with Booz and Davis, that starting lineup might actually have a chance to make the eastern playoffs.

I don't know Boozer was getting torched early season against starters, but he is arguably better than Kelly defensively and probably offensively |

Offensively, he's our best option for pick and pop or post isos. Defensively, he's better than Kelly and can't be much worse than Hill. Plus he's still a good defensive rebounder. 20 and 10 all day #holdat.

Davis will leave mostly.BS seems letting Lin with the players will stay in Lakers. Black and Lin should have some chemistry as well.

Ya, tanking lineup for sure with Kelly there. Too bad. If they want to win, Davis should be there for p&r with Lin. Kelly also has not shot too well on 3s. Not much of a stretch 4 either. This is going to be a L with that lineup. But with both Lin & JC starting, who will be the backup pg? |

I want Russell to crush us, and blow us like the wind. I want to see a 50 point triple double game and him doing cross overs all over Lin.

RW is going to wreck havoc on most lineups from any team anyways with all the triple doubles. LOL. The guy is not human. Forget about blaming any Lakers if he is going to have another triple. |
