Jerry Buss is rolling over in his grave with how bad the Lakers have become.

If it is one thing Dr. Buss had, it was patience. He knew it took time to put a good team together and get all the pieces. He wouldn't have enjoyed watching this game but he would have focused on the big picture.

Brilliant plan. That would make it three head coaches fired in three seasons.

Who cares? I don't care if the Lakers have to fire 10 coaches in 10 seasons. Lakers have to hire someone that knows how to get the job done.

Give Mark Madsen a chance. It's got to better than this joker of a coach.

It doesn't matter who's coaching this joke of a roster. Phil Jackson could be coaching them and it wouldn't make a difference.

This team just sucks. You have 10 or 11 guys who have no business even being on an NBA roster.

A different coach isn't gonna all of a sudden make these scrubs NBA caliber players.

Kobe, Jordan, Julius, and everyone else is utter trash.

Well I guess you didn't witness the 36 and 48 point blowouts we had against the Clippers last year under MDA.
142-94
123-87

I kinda expected tonight would be similar to those results. The roster we have is a mismatch at just about every position in their favor.

True. I guess 106-78 isn't really THAT much worse.

It also doesnt help that Lin, Hill, and Boozer have been gigantic disappointments. How much money are those 3 getting paid this year? Ridiculous.

We don't know how he would have reacted because they Lakers were never this bad under him. They are historically bad.

There is tanking and then there is spreading your cheeks and asking for more.

You can tank without getting embarrassed. The lineup on the court makes no sense 90% of the time.

Except they have lost to the Clippers for the 6th straight game and most of them have been epic blowouts. Our roster is terribly mismatched against theirs.

First of all, the players were not given the opportunity to succeed. It's hard to form some kind of chemistry when u keep rotating players.

Really what are you going to do just look at the roster. Kelly sacre brown "buckets" hill Johnson Ed Davis and two rookies. Most fans and players don't even know who these players are.

6 Games to go, I'd say pio2u is a lock for the Game Thread Championship. The tank Champion is already jlinfan.

Please man. The team sucks and they lost. Losing is never gonna be pretty, you can't have it all. I'd rather games like this than winning a stupid game in overtime against Philly.

So it's ok to get blown out every game until the team is a title contender ?

It's not ok but it doesn't matter at this point. Especially if you're (not you especially, I don't know who you are) gonna complain when the team wins.

More like it's understandable when more than half of the players are scrubs who won't be here next year playing like crap against a playoff team.

Losing is one thing but you can at lease try to have some pride and attempt not get blown out. The only thing missing from BS's line up is having Sacre play pg.

So they have to lose but not by too much but they also have to be carefull to not get too close... Whatever man. Losing is losing. And btw I don't think the team is intentionally tanking. Feels like their energy and morale was pretty low getting into this game and they got destroyed by a team that competes.

Not getting Clarkson in to develop and making no adjustments in the game indicates BS threw in the towel before the game even started.

Maybe. So close to securing the pick maybe he was asked to lose, it's possible and I dont mind. Losing is the right thing to do at this point and how it happens doesn't matter.
