Sad to say this but I think it's time to move on. Vitti was a big part of the Lakers and should have a banner up there with Hern (maybe behind it? lol). Lakers, please poach the training staff of the spurs or suns, that would be amazing!!!

Honestly, good. I was just talking about Vitti in another thread and I think it's almost time for him to finally go.

What the hell does Pheonix have over there that can perform miracles while the Lakers, the biggest and most historic franchise in the NBA can't keep a player healthy longer than 10 games anymore while they can make broken and out of prime players into either solid role players or still very good players?

I'm so freaking salty about that lol.

I wonder how many casualties he is going to take with him next year. How many players will be sitting on the bench wearing suits by the end of the season.

Serious but probably stupid question, is there any way the Lakers can actually buy any of the medical staff from Pheonix?

As long as they replace him with someone better this is good news for both parties. Vitti isn't getting any younger

He has to be the longest tenured employee to be sitting on that Laker bench in the history of the franchise. Dude's been there ever since I can remember. It's time.

Next up: Stu Lantz.

Yeah if so, bring he and his whole staff! No expense spared!

Especially since we have that new training facility in development. Have him give input on the equipment we need

He is. We should start a social media blitz for the lakers to hire him.

End of an era, really.

Vitti wouldn't be here for more than 30 years if he wasn't capable.
Thank you very much for your services, Vitti. It's going to be strange not to see him on the bench.

YES. One of the worst athletic directors in the entire league. He isn't even a real doctor, even though we call him one. Real Doctors have MDs and not Master's Degrees in "Sports Medicine" from third-tier trash schools.

1. Who the heck calls Gary Vitti doctor? I've never heard anyone refer to him as doctor

2. I doubt there are many, if any, athletic directors in the NBA who are MDs.
