Seriously Dragic is left for possible max now we have #2 pick? Omg. I just don't think we will take Russell for #2

Someone, please help me: Which team (outside of Lakers) is actually capable of throwing the "MAX" at Dragic?

I think the Lakers can do a roster over haul and sign all of:

Jordan, Leonard, and Love.

Love at max. Jordan near max, Leanard a touch below.

All it takes is Kobe shrinking his deal, which he could do. He wants one more CHampoinship so bad.

Then all it takes his cutting the vets, which are easy cuts imo.

Bye bye Lin and contract, bye bye Boozer (small contract), bye bye Hill and contract, bye bye second contract to Sacre, then spare parts Price and Ellingson can go too.

That leaves Kobe (restructured) (1 - main facilitator)
Love (3)
Leonard (2)
Jordan (5)
ANd Randle (4)

Clarkson (I leave him at 1/2)
Blue
Brown
Kelly
Black

Plus this years three draft picks. Barring no 2 for one deals with picks 27 and 34.

Not a bad roster at all.

Champoinship worthy.

Defensive (inside and outside defensive elite players), rebounding strong, shooting strong, interchangeable, slicing, it has it all

Very few players worth max ... not Love, Not Rondo, Middleton, Aldridge, Butler or even Kiwi Leonard. The last two are probably closest due to age and playing hard on both ends ... but Lakers should be patient. I would throw $ at Butler and see if the Bulls match if they do ... sign someone much cheaper and save the cap space I would sign Harris but for much less ...

Realistically only Love, Gasol, and Aldridge. Paying anyone else this max money or anywhere near max money is a disaster waiting to happen. Even those 3 names the Lakers shouldnt sign. They are way too old to be part of the rebuilding plans. The Lakers should just hand out a bunch of one year contracts and avoid signing anyone to lengthy contracts unless its reasonable.

I'm on draftkings and FD every night and Dragic is absolutely NOT worth the max. I don't want him on the Lakers at all.

All of these guys will get max. These contracts will be bargains when the Cap is $108mill in 2017.

Could sign 2 of those 4 as long as Mitch is cap savy. Ie doesn't spend 12 m a year of Danny Freaking Green!

I hope not the lakers but some team offer Thompson of Cavs and draymond green the max. Those two teams are the alpha males and I hope they lose talent
