Lakernation,

I write this letter to you all today in great optimism for the upcoming draft lottery tomorrow night. With the recent choke job by Clippernation, everything seems to be good and well in LA LA Land. Hoping you all are in high spirits as I am for the draft lottery tomorrow night.

Here's to a good 2015 Draft and resurrection of Lakernation as the rightful owner of the city of Los Angeles.

p.s. I am not high out of my mind. This is a just a post in good jest.

Hoping the lottery goes well tomorrow night!

Lakers#1fan,

Yes Clippers are irrelevant and I couldn't be happier.

I feel like an a** for saying that but if they got past Houston, which seemed inevitable they could have very well won the championship.

But man what a choke job.

I don't remember the "candle for randle" , but it sounds good and I'm glad we got Randle. I think most people including myself especially forget we have Randle on our team.

Clippers

Now lets steal DeAndre

I couldn't ask for a better way for the Clippers to get eliminated. Up 3-1, up 20 with ~15 minutes left in game 6, acting like they were big shots, and they end up becoming the 9th team in the history of this league to blow it. A choke job of epic proportions.

Lakers getting the number 1 pick would be the cherry on top of a perfect turn of events

A clipper is a boat. In this case, it's a boat that appears to be sinking

It's really eerie that two teams, respectively named after a boat and a body of water, ended up playing in the same city and sports arena.

Easy there Carl Sagan/Stephen Hawking!

Good point though definitely, never ever thought about it.

The boat will sink, but the body of water is eternal.

I like the optimism!

Lakers Management deserves some credit here.

Clarkson has turned out to be an absolute steal. We have Randle, who knows how he turns out but given how well the Lakers determined Clarksons ability, im going to give the Lakers the benefit of the doubt and say that Randle will be a stud in due time. And tomorrow we could end up with a top 5 pick.

Pair that with the upcoming free agency, we could be a contender in as little as 2 years.

Lets go Lakers!!!
