The Freese trade was not good, not at all. It was stupid then, it's stupid now.

The Halos look absolutely brutal and Trout is going to lose what should be an easy MVP for him this season to Donaldson. =\

Speaking of Trout, any of you guys see this catch?

This guy is just unreal and only 24.

I have seen a lot of baseball in my time and that catch by Trout last night was unbelievable!

how long will street be out?

need to go 2-1 against A's, and 3-1 against Texas to even have a chance at WC or AL west crown.

Not sure how this ends, but it's great to see them show some fight down the stretch.

The pitching staff is pretty taxed right now. Smith might return later in the week.

About as good as could be expected - quality start, lots of early runs and a break for the bullpen (only 7 outs).

Houston loss, Minnesota rained out and Texas barely held on.

Need to win tomorrow and then take 3 of 4 from Texas.

With Dodgers clinching, here's hoping the Angels can knock the Yankees out in the WC round.

I will quietly root for the Angels if they make it. I've never had any beef with them. They beat the Giants in the World Series. I owe them my respect.

What a nightmare for the media and fans all over if the Angels and Doyers meet in the WS We won't have to listen to Joe Buck jizzing all over the Cards

I root for the Angels in the AL. The only time I root against them is when they play the Dodgers.

Not looking good. The Astros have the pathetic Diamondbacks of all teams for their last series. x_x

Best hope is if the Rangers decide to go on autopilot while the Douchebacks have something to play for.

Thanks Diamondbacks... you useless POS team.

All we can hope for really is the Halos showing up to win the last two games... and pray that the D-Backs are actually "pissed off" enough to win a game so we can get to the tie-breaker.

Pretty damn crazy. I don't know if this is the heart of the Angels or just the Rangers being the Rangers.

If only they didn't shoot themselves on the foot with a crappy August. Now we just have to hope that the DBacks are absolutely pissed about last night. Something tells me they're not, but we'll see.
