Snapper Jones' and the Blazers lead commentator's reaction sums it all up

The second shot in that video is still my all time favorite.

Phil looks pissed. He's probably thinking "He's still no Michael. Top 15 at best."

lol. Sacramento loses a banner too.

I've always held #3 as my favorite Kobe dunk of all, but that one against Yao is just ridiculous. I'm still holding on to #3, but Yao is up to #2 and BTW, I'd take out the one against Nash and put in the one against KG.

Beautiful. I don't care what anyone says, the most beautiful basketball player to watch ever. Just art.

This was my favorite moment, because I was at the game.

Must have been ridiculous to be there. I was there the night Orel Hersheiser broke the consecutive scoreless streak, but this was a whole nother several levels.

I've posted this before but this my favorite Kobe dunk. Even with the (bleep) quality you can still see David Robinson get (bleep)-slapped by the ball. Love it

Edit- Good grief, forgot to put a link

Love that play. Greatest footwork in the history of the game.

LINK That reminded me of this dunk that same year. Kobe and CP3 battled it out for the MVP award(and of COURSE the Kobe haters jumped onto the CP3 bandwagon) all the way down to the final week of the season, when Kobe pulled ahead of the race for good by the end of it. This amazing dunk topped it off.

If I remember correctly, Kirilenko was patting himself on the back to the media about how he did such a good job guarding Kobe in the previous game. Well, how did it go for you the next time out AK?

Depending on how many games he plays next season, Kobe will surely be the NBA player who made the GREATEST amount of money per games played in a three-year period.

The last two years (and my numbers may be slightly off) he played 41 games and made $54million.

That equates to $1.54 million per game played...!

(sorry, but I do sincerely hope he is healthy and can return to his previous form, but at his age and recent history, I am not holding my breath)...

He does seem like a cool dude but I'm sure he must have expected to lose against arguably the greatest 1 on 1 player of all time lol
