Is anyone else watching this? I just started watching it and after one episode I was hooked.

It really was everything I was hoping Mad Men would be as far as characters and keeping me engaged throughout but Mad Men never hooked me. Lee Pace is great in the lead and the supporting cast is awesome.

AMC just keeps putting out quality tv.

Be careful. Pilot was amazing after that it goes somewhat downhill and turns into a snoozefest. Not really one of my favorites. It's a good show, good drama, just gets really boring sometimes.

AMC is having a tough stretch to be honest. TURN didn't quite pan out. This one didn't. With BB ending, Mad Men too, Hell on Wheels coming up, they are not finding solid replacements for these shows. Now they are depending on BB and WD spinoffs, with Better Call Saul and Fear the Walking Dead. Upcoming shows don't look that amazing either with Humans and Into the Badlands. I'm worried for AMC. The quality of their programming has been going down for a while imo.

BCS is amazing though. Maybe my favorite show now. I do agree that they're not going to replace MM and BB but with TWD, BCS and HACF I think they'll do alright. I liked TURN for the first season but when i watched the season 2 premiere, I couldn't get into it. Not sure why.

HAFT is not a success though. Ratings have been pretty bad and I doubt it gets renewed for a third season.

BCS is great and all but it's just a spinoff same as Fear the Walking Dead. When your two truly succesful shows, assuming FtWD is succesful, in years are two spinoffs of other succesful shows, think that spells trouble. Basically they haven't been good for years, seems like there are no good creative minds left there.

Hopefully they get their (bleep) together. Not sure what future series they have that has potential to be great. Maybe Preacher. Being a DC property and with Seth Rogen behind it, it has a shot.

Yeah, I'm sure we have 5+ seasons of BCS and FTWD. Other than that, not sure what they have if HACF doesn't get a boost in ratings. Back to movies I guess.

This season is really picking up IMO. The Mutiny storyline with Cameron and Donna is really interesting. I like the development of that more compared to the Cardiff Giant of season one

I am only on episode 1 of the second season, but I'm having a bit of trouble remembering what happened at the end of the first season

Great show nonetheless!

Love the synths in the main theme as well
