Was Dramond's spiel uncalled for?
Who cares? They won the Chip, they can say what they want.

I don't recall any of our players diss another team after we took home the Larry O'Brien. Was his remark uncalled for?

Naw. Nothing wrong with a little (bleep) talking. He seemed lit. No worse than Shaquille trolling the Kings. May be a start to a really good rivalry.

Anything that has the potential to hurt Dan Gilbert's feelings in any conceivable way just has to be viewed as a positive thing.

Draymond Green is one of the douchiest players in the league, but I like him for some reason.

He's probably drunk, but Faux King James and Dan Gilbert deserve it.

Nothing wrong with a little trash talking. It's like Metta chanting "Boston sucks" on the mic during the ride on the Lakers Championship parade.

No big deal. He's just a drunk dude celebrating. At least he didn't go Joe Namath on that reporter.

He was drunk and celebrating a championship. I'm fine with it. Plus, he was doing his own version of the E-40 song Choices. And E-40 references are always welcome.

Yep. Agree with ocho as well. That, and what's wrong with a little trash talk? Dude busted his ass in the Finals. He deserves to celebrate. If he was a Laker, and the Lakers had just beaten the Cavs as opposed to the Dubs, LG would be loving what he said.

Conversely, if LeBron had just beaten the Lakers in the Finals and trashed talked about them, there'd be great numbers of people here at LG blasting LeBron for it.

I'm not saying I have a problem with what Green said, just that as you say, context is everything when it comes to how people look at this stuff.

E-40 has a Warriors version of choices as well.

It was *bleep* Boston and not part of a televised interview. Not sure Golden State is known for their bitter rivalry against Cleveland...gotta re-check my facts.

During the WCF series not after. Bit low to insult a team after you beat them and they have no way of responding back.
