God he looks good in the post. He gets good position, draws fouls even when they aren't called. His misses are always close to being good in the post.
He hit a fricking Kobe fade, didn't think he had that in him.
Also loved the first step he showed on a play in the first half.

That Kobe impersonation sure has come a long way
It sure has.
I remember how pissed I was after seeing his first impersonation.
I liked last game's version much more. _________________ "Every hurt is a lesson, and every lesson makes you better”
We probably won't get him, but it's still pretty cool to know that clearly the top prospect in the draft wants to be a Laker. _________________ #CowboysNation

Well considering he's a 6'5 PG, he should be 3 inches taller than his defender on most nights. Should be easy for him
Yup. And that's one thing Laker staffs have been working with him as he has the height advantage over most PGs. Sadly some need to look at everything negatively. Good players exploit every weakness that the opposition has.

I think he should have to use "blow by speed" to beat 6'2" guys on general principle.
and to beat the zone. _________________ LeBron, AD, & _________. Stay tuned.

Just imagine once DLo puts on another 15 lbs to fully round out his body, he will feast on PGs for breakfast. Double team comes, DLo will find the cutter or open shooter. This could become a huge part of his game.

^Yeah I can definitely see that coming. Particularly after watching how he posted up Coles in the second half last night. With his passing vision? And when Randle or (knee willing) Nance are there for an outlet slam when he gets the double? Oh man.. bring some popcorn!
We need to sign Andre Miller in the offseason just to tutor DLO. Would have been a perfect mentor for him. _________________ From 2-10 to the Western Conference Finals

If you outlet pass out of the post, you're heading toward the wrong basket...

I like it. As PG most players are quicker, but he is stronger and taller so he can easily abuse those guys down low. Just need to work his footwork and counter moves because sooner or later the bigs will help.
