Today's Dr. visit will give us many more answers. The estimated return was 2-3 weeks. Dr. Klapper stated that he was out not due to the sore knee now, but because of the PRP treatment and it takes a week or so. I assume if he's pain free and there is no structural damage he will be back by Sunday. That's my guess. _________________ You mystified at what exists inside

Russell won't travel to HOU for Wednesday's game, but he is starting on-court work. Coach Walton said it's possible (but not likely) that Russell could return to game action Friday vs PHO or Sunday vs NYK. |

Dropping games against playoff teams due to injury hurts a bit, but not like it will if we start dropping games we should be very competitive in like PHO and NYK at home and then SAC. |

at full strength I think this team would be 13-10 right now. This injury bad luck year after year is getting annoying! |

Damn, really miss seeing this kid play. Sure he makes mistakes and isn't "there" yet, but the journey is part of the pleasure of watching him grow.

@Lakers
D'Angelo Russell will begin on-court work again, but won't travel with the team to Houston. _________________ Showtime 2.0 |

Fingers crossed. I'm gonna be bummed if we're in mid-April with 35 wins and wondering what could have been. Although that would still be a successful season, IMO. |

That would be successful, my number has always been 32. If we win more than that, I will be dancing down the street naked. _________________ RIP mom. 11-21-1933 to 6-14-2023. |

32 was my prediction before the season as well. But IMO, they showed themselves to be capable of more prior to the injuries. They weren't just hot from the field or something, they were legitimately outplaying good teams frequently enough to raise my expectations. |

I was expecting 27-32 wins coming into the season.
Before injuries, we looked like a 40+ win team.
Now, with injuries. Low 30s seems about right. _________________ "Every hurt is a lesson, and every lesson makes you better” |

As long as we are making progress, which we are, and keep Philly from snatching a top 10 pick (my expectations are raised, before the season started, my goal was to prevent them from getting a top 5 pick) I'll be extremely happy. Let's hope we can stay out of the top 10 when it's all said and done! |

37 was my preseason prediction, still reachable but a lot of things need to go right. |

I'll be okay with it if the young guns look better on April 1st than they did on November 1st. I'd love to see them win 40 or more games, but if they can win a decent amount of games and the young guys show they are the future, then I'm good. _________________ "It's just a job.
