What kind of weak coach is Luke? He didn't even question their manhood.

I hope he's not even talking to those rookies. They don't deserve it.

Nope, no talking. Just get to work digging that fox hole.

Season starts on Sunday or Monday? I'm gonna keep a close eye on how the team does with Young and Russell returning and rather there value is underestimated.

Yes, Brandon Jennings needs to pay for calling DLo a snitch. But then Dlo's got Derick Rose to worry about.

Luke doesn't need to know if they've been in a fist fight, just whether they've been caught in a rip current.

D'Angelo Russell and Nick Young went through all of Saturday's practice

Luke said there is possibility D'Angleo plays tomorrow but that depends on how his body responds to today's work.

Even though you never say never, overall sentiment from Lakers suggests Russell & Young won't play tomorrow vs. Knicks

Great news.

Having them will for sure give the team a huge boost. We were missing 30-40PPG production without them.

We have a b2b so it makes sense to hold them out until Monday.

Lakers are being extra cautious wrt injuries - I don't have a problem with that.

I think it'll take a couple games after DLO and Young get back before the team finds it's groove again and starts playing near .500 ball. Need Black back for that second unit as well. Unless Zubs is ready to run a lot or Randle's up for 40 minutes/game.

Need both Dlo and Young back. Young is shockingly our best perimeter defender this season and we really need their ability to score and play make, because we sure aren't going to win via our defense. But make sure they're 100 before bringing them back. Better to lose some more now than lose either again because they came back too soon.

The is the only tall guard we have, you just can't throw Lou, Dlo, JC, Huertas or Calderon against taller players expecting something good. To make things worse, most of them aren't even as fast as some SG and it means a lot of PG would be able to run circles around half our guards. Dlo and Nick Young at least have good length because despite his efficient contribution scoring, Lou is not going to help a lot on D.

I'm OK with the team being cautious with injuries and sitting Nick/DLO until Monday.

But man I'd really like to see LAL stick it to the Knicks and Phil Jackson

Russell's status for tomorrow changed 2 questionable.

I would say there is a 40% chance he plays but it depends how much his body is ready by shootaround.
