1) Love - I think he fits well w/ us. He's becoming a little bit underrated because of the so/so year in Cleveland.

2) Jordan

Cousins but DLo not included in the trade. If not that then Lamarcus.

DJ or GM since they're still really young and could grow with our core of Russell, Randle, Clarkson.

They also play center.

Jordan

Young, athletic freak with good defensive prowess. As much as I like LMA, we don't need another scorer. Kobe, Dloading and Randle and whichever spot-up shooter we sign to be our 3 will handle that load.

My rationales:

1. DJ fits several needs: 1) rim protection/rebounding; 2) low usage; 3) would cripple the Clippers.

2. LMA: great offensive player, but doesn't like playing C. Would be kind of a luxury to have and we'd still be attacked at the rim by teams. But his offensive skills are so good he'd be hard to say no to, although being 30 is an interesting wrinkle.

3. Chandler: a champ, consummate pro, LA native. Protects rim, elite P&R coverage. Would be the kind of vet to keep around Randle, would do WONDERS for Upshaw.

4. Robin Lopez: versatile big man defender, good FT/mid range. Does the dirty work.

What people don't realize is if you get Love, in a year or two you may also get Westbrook.

But the 1st step is to get LOVE!

What is Monroe's game like? Is he a paint protector? He intrigues me. I've owned him in fantasy multiple times and he puts up numbers lol.

Jordan is my first choice. I'd rather go with someone cheap than LA. He has always given me Big Dog Robinson vibes.

#1 on the list for me is Kevin Love. Think people are forgetting what he's capable of because of last season being a down year.

He's someone who can do work inside, has range, and gets boards. He'd give Russell someone to make plays for him.

He's a legit 20/10 guy, say what you will about his defense, but his offense is excellent.

The fact that Monroe's stats are from him playing out of position at the four makes him my 1st. DJ next. I want a young core set. Both those two do that

DJ
LMA
Chandler
Hibbert via trade

If DJ can give 15rpg and 3bpg and get DPOY he's worth max. Russell pick and roll with DJ is a nice weapon to have. Can potentially get voted in for ASG if backed by laker nation. Bscott did well in new orleans with cp3 and defensive center in Chandler. I can see a lot of potential for DJ on the Lakers.

Monroe has been in a pau gasol reality. His d will improve with a shift to his true position

Who is playing center to protect Love? We'd have about 4m in cap space and a small room exception.

YES!

DeAndre Jordan simply for reason 3. But also he's still young.

Maybe Monroe he's like a slightly more offensive but less defensive DJ who's been so underrated.

No to Love. That PER is the lowest of the group plus he can't play center.

Exactly makes no sense to go after love we need a center we have 4 power forwards

I'm reluctantly "OK" with guys who CAN play center, and are sort of hybrid PF/C: LMA, Monroe.

I'd take them over guys who are just PFs like Love who can't play center.
