The critics can eat it. This movie was good. Even better if you caught all the little references to 1 and 2. I give it an 8.9/10.
Though after watching I still can't think of any reason why they made Matt Smith use his (slightly under par) Amurrican accent. Maybe to just differentiate himself from the 11th Doctor. |

| There was no reason for any terminator movie after 2, unless you could pull off an amazing film that stepped it up from 2, and that would have been unlikely. |

I hesitated due to bad reviews but I liked it a lot. If you like sci fi, time travel, or terminators, you'll enjoy it. |

I loved it. It's a worthy sequel to T2. The other two were meh. I caught a few references(like Dyson) from the other movies. As a Fringe and Continuum fan I loved the fact that this dealt with alternate timelines.
And I knew I recognized that guy from somewhere, I've seen way too many Dr Who memes lol... |

T2 was out this week in 91. Saw T2 x2. Glad my action movie youth wasn't compromised by sh like T3.

I gave the movie a 6.5 MAYBE a 7. It's def worth a watch if you're a terminator fan for nostalgia alone.
Wish the trailer didn't contain so many spoilers though...
Those could have made the movie a bit more fun for me.
The entire time travel in this film is out of control and has a ton of plot holes. But screw it. It's a terminator movie. Go enjoy the action and watch Arnie kick some butt. |

salvation sucked.... it was more like throwminator salvation... they need to make it focused solely on the war effort against the machines....they need to have more Guerrilla warfare tactics against machines kind of like the movie private ryan or Fury. OR it would be a good tv series for AMC instead of FOX.....
machines are not humans so to see a human blow up a machine to pieces would be great television. |
