I didn't even know his dog house was "Legendary" until reading his days back in New Orleans!

http://www.thebirdwrites.com/2009/5/1/860620/the-past-present-and-future-of

Digging more, his dog house started in New Jersey for benching Mutombo in the Playoffs up to the Finals vs the Spurs, then carried over to New Orleans, Cleveland, and now the Lakers.

List of Players in the Dog House in Order:

- Dikembe Mutombo
- Baron Davis
- Kirk Snyder
- Mike James
- Brandon Bass
- Julian Wright
- Earl Smith
- JR Smith
- Samardo Samuels
- JJ Hickson
- Jeremy Lin
- Nick Young

Jason Kidd also had beef with Byron and famously wanted him fired in 2003 but he played all games so I don't think that counts as being in the dog house.

But there are 2 players currently in the Lakers who have been in Byron's dog house.

Anymore joining?

Kidd ironically was the one that led the uprising that put Scott in the doghouse and eventually fired, so there's that.

Nick is the Owner of that adorable little house again this season, and Bryon has his hands full trying to house train Nick. Nick left a stinky mess last season so watch your step. Bad Nick!

Yeah, unless they trade him I don't see Nick vacating anytime soon.

Did Hibbert mention an advanced metrics stat in the press conference?

Better build a doghouse big enough for a 7'2 guy.

Must be a 5-Star dog-house, Bass using his rewards points to come back for another stay.

Mutombo went from Defensive Player of the Year in 2001 with Philly, to 3rd string center in 2003 behind Jason Collins and Aaron Williams in New Jersey, so it's not technically impossible.

With exception to the cash cow. Even if Byron didn't want to play him, cuz of his not being defensively sound like he used to be, he'd still be forced to play him for management's sake.

But an entire team has never been in the doghouse at the same time!

Not in the history of the NBA!

It hasn't been done before!

IT CAN'T HAPPEN!!!
