If Luke can control Stephenson or Larry Sanders would you guys mind if 1 of them gets signed, highly risk but both of high reward attached if they are focused.
They're on the periphery of the Nba for a reason. Bad apples are bad apples mate- they can't be controlled

Actually don't hate the move of signing McGee. You control him, you get one of the better backup centers in the league off the bench, if you don't, just cut him; you still have a steady presence in Varejao.

Why in the world would we sign Spencer Hawes. We already have Mosgov, Zubac and Black as our centers... and Randle/Nance are our PFs. There is absolutely no room for him.
In fact, we're 2 deep at every position.
I don't think the Lakers will sign anyone unless someone leaves OR if this player is a CLEAR improvement over someone else.
Signings or trades just for the sake of making them makes zero sense. _________________ "He may say it's not you, it's him.... but it's really you."

So you will choose Tariq/Nance/Randle and Zubac over a proven guy who knows how to play outside the paint?
Thanks for the well thought.

He WAS a proven stretch. He's been near useless that past 2 years. I'd rather put Deng at the 4, where he was excellent at Miami last year, if we need a stretch 4 in certain situations.
There is literally ZERO reason to sign Dawes. _________________ "He may say it's not you, it's him.... but it's really you."
We are three positions deep at every position except power forward. So if we are going to make another signing, it would probably be a third-string one that either has potential or veteran presence.
Julius/Nance/Noel and eventually Ingram and Black.
I got it, we are not 3 deep, we are 5 deep.
I will have concerns about the SF position if Ingram is not ready to handle it because we just have Nick Young behind him and Deng. There is Brown too, but he still has to show he is NBA material.
Wtf you talking about Willis? _________________ Coach Vogel, Kidd, Hollins

Just a do-over question guys. Knowing now that Rudy Gay could be had in a trade, should we have signed Deng? In other words who do u prefer Gay or Deng for us?

I believe Larry Sanders had mental health issues which can be treated. I don't think he was ever known to be a bad teammate.
Edit: Strike that. I did some more reading and he did get into altercations with his teammates.

Larry Sanders is well and alive on my 2k11 franchise. As expected, he turns into a mobile defensive beast if you sim to 2016. Still think he can be a great player if he gets his off the court issues sorted out.
Actually I don't care about Gooden, I'm just wondering why his name isn't popping up in the rumor-mill and as far as Larry Sanders I think he would be a fantastic signing.

Prefer Deng by a lot.
- Prefer a free agent signing over a trade
- prefer a defensive minded high bbiq player with playoff experience
- prefer the mature player to mentor and add stability for the next few years

Other than being a couple years younger with lower mileage, I can't think of a single thing I like better about Gay than Deng. _________________ “We must always take sides. Neutrality helps the oppressor, never the victim. Silence encourages the tormentor, never the tormented.” ― Elie Wiesel
