If we can get Cousins and Chandler and just lose Randle and Lou then Mitch deserves a statue immediately.

Let's see what happens, The Lead on Twitter broke the MWP signing well before anyone knew about it. Eventually these sites are gonna get one of there rumors to stick.

I was gonna say the exact same thing. But....that doesn't mean this trade rumor is true. Just means it has a chance to be true.

Also saw this from earlier today.

According to Inquisitr, the blockbuster trade between Kings, Nuggets and Lakers involves seven players. The seven players include DeMarcus Cousins, Rudy Gay, Wilson Chandler, Julius Randle, Lou Williams, Jose Calderon and Nick Young.

Reports have it that Kings center DeMarcus Cousins and Nuggets small forward Wilson Chandler will join Los Angeles Lakers. Meanwhile, Lakers' power forward Julius Randle, shooting guard Lou Williams and Nick Young, and point guard Jose Calderon will still be a team but this time, all will play for Kings.

The report added that Los Angeles Lakers will also send their first round-draft pick next year to Sacramento Kings. As for the Nuggets, they will receive Kings' small forward Rudy Gay and Lakers' second-round draft choice.

Am I wrong or is this not even possible? I thought we still owed our next two 1st rounders to PHI and ORL.

Agree with you.

I'm just saying one day these sites will be right with a trade rumor even though most of them are baseless without facts.

lol I think you just want any trade rumor to be true regardless if its good or bad for the team. We have an overabundance of forwards so I don't understand why we'd be trading 2 guards for another forward.

Nope.

I didn't want Biymono or Ezeli being signed by the Lakers, I don't always approve moves.

Btw, I don't give a lick what happens with Gay, I just like speculating on trades cause it gives me free time.

What if it the Lakers aren't #1, #2 and #3 (post lottery) and the pick goes to Philadelphia? What would Sacramento get instead to make up for not getting that pick? *

First off, no. You can't trade a pick you don't have, and the Lakers do not currently have one.

Second, if they do keep the pick, you really want to trade it for Rudy Freaking Gay??

Random thought but Chris Bosh would have made the perfect C for this team. Best wishes to him, hopefully he can find a way to keep playing even if it's not with the Heat.

To make things even more interesting:

We can send the 1st round pick to Sacramento and tell them to give us WCS, that is if we could actually give them a 1st round pick.
