I think the kid is going to come in and average 14.3ppg, 4.8rpg, 8.2apg, 2spg and 4.1 turnovers per game. I think he will shoot 43%fgs, 78%fts and 37%threes. I think be will hit 5/11.5fgs, 1.3/3.5threes and 3/3.8fgs. Unfortuantly, he will likely lead the nba in turnovers this season but the league hasn't seen this kind of passer in a while, so turnovers are a given, considering his style of play, but they will decrease as his team mates get use to him. Those are pretty damn good rookie numbers though. |

this thread has been done before, so they'll probably merge it. I expect him to average close to 5 boards as well, since our FC isn't especially strong on the glass.
12 ppg, 6 apg, 5 rpg, 39% from the field. |

If Kobe allows him to have the ball and he finds that balance of being aggressive and scoring. 12ppg 5rpg 7apg 44%fg 38%3pt 1.5spg _________________ Coach Vogel, Kidd, Hollins

Don't be shy, 20,5,10 is more realistic. |

You're kinda close to my estimate except for Assists. I don't think he'll have the ball enough with the players in the starting lineup to average 8 assist. At least not his rookie season. |

If his 3ball is falling he'll probbbly be rookie of the year , almost 15p 5a 4r , 44% FG 38%3PT . If his 3ball ain't falling, not as much respect from the D, too pass first 10ppg 39% FG , 34%3PT , high turnovers from being too pass first.
Only 4% difference in 3pt but his off the dribble 3 sets the precedent of his offensive aggressiveness and respect from the D , opens up passing lanes |

I actually think your stats are accurate with the "too pass first" argument. Still I think that would be a respectable rookie season. Hopefully he can be over 40% on fgs?
Also it is hard to imagine Russell putting up your better numbers argument. Those numbers are better then Kobe Bryants 2nd year in the NBA? |

I'll admit after watching him play at SL, I've somewhat lowered my expectations. I'll be happy with something like 11/4/7. I think he's still got some learning to do, namely in regards to conditioning and just overall adjusting to the pro game. He'll be fine, but I don't expect him to blow the doors off in his first year. |

While I'd love for him to ball his rookie year, I don't expect all-time rookie numbers.
However, I think years 2 and 3 he'll start climbing to some ridiculous overall numbers. _________________ From 2-10 to the Western Conference Finals |

Kobe is the x factor with me and Russell. If there was no Kobe I'd expect atleast 15/5/5 probably. Depending on when/if Kobe gets hurt is going to reflect on Russells numbers heavily. More so then probably any other player? |

Ft% is a little high for me. I think he shoots probably around 78% from the stripe. He has so many other facets of his game to work on other then ft shooting right now imo. |
