Is Marvin Williams an option?

Is a Nick Young for Marvin Williams a good trade for both teams?

Keep the room exception in case someone gets waived during the season or wait until next offseason.

No. His music is strictly offensive.

The Suns will say no thank you teams like Boston and Toronto have better offers than we do and the Suns want to keep cap room cleared for next year.

Rotation
c- hibbert, black
Pf- Randle, bass
Sf- Kobe, Young
sg- Russell, Brown
Pg- clarkson, Lou

Young can back up at SF or SG. Anthony Brown can slide in the tomato if Jabari Brown isn't producing

Seems like Mitch is focused on other areas of the rister right now. Could be looking to bring in players that may serve as assets come the trade deadline. Or at least valued fillers.

The extension crop comes from the 2012 draft this year and was strong at SF. Draymond, Middleton and Crowder already got nice deals. MKG, Barnes, and to a lesser degree Ross, havent cashed in yet. If Im Mitch I watch Charlotte closely.

This. Deadline is a long ways off. I'd expect them to try for a deal built around Young + assets as soon as they're permitted if there's a willing partner in the wings.

Thus Boston wins because Sullinger will be the first to go and some filler because Boston has 16 players under guaranteed contracts and they need to get to 15.

its a weak position right now. nothing worthy of signing out there. the team is gonna have holes, they arent a playoff team. its a rebuild, so no point in going after a vet who has no value to you in the future

Question is whether a waived wants to join a playoff team.
