I didn't care for Lin one way or another, but GD...I never actually went into the Lin fans thread here.
Couldn't believe that's how crazy and delusional Lin fans are.
Makes me glad I never visited the thread.

I'll admit I just went over Lin's game-by-game stats to see if there was some miraculous stretch that I missed where he was, in fact, "close" to the 50/40/90 milestone. It turns out that, yeah, no there was no stretch like that. In march he was 40-40-80, though. |

I think what's popping right now is the belief that Lin will start over Kemba, and that Kemba is a chucker who can't get over 40% FG shooting, while having an average APG.

As far as Curry goes, I haven't heard it, but if true, pretty much every star player in the league gets hate. Kobe, Bron, Harden, Griffin, Paul, Wade, Westbrook etc etc all get a TON of hate. Only top tier guys in recent years that seems to be universally liked is Dirk maybe, KD to an extent (until if/when he ditches OKC), and now AD (until he ditches NOLA). |
