Huertas and Upshaws should be automatic roster additions from the recent signings. I'm intrigued by Jonathan Holmes. I will be watching him. |

Obviously, it's too early to make any real decisions, but, like the rest of us, I really hope Upshaw works hard in camp and has some moments of promise in pre-season. Moving forward, it'd be great having two young, stud guard prospects; a young stud forward prospect; and a young stud center prospect. That's nice balance.
I'm really intrigued by Holmes. I haven't seen a whole lot of him, but from what I've seen, I get a "Horry" vibe from him. Hard not to be intrigued by that.
I'm still holding out hope for Kelly. Teams will always need 6-11 shooters with high IQs. I'm not necessarily for automatically cutting him. He just seems like one of those players that will, eventually, end up being a productive role player on a contending team, like the Spurs. The battle of the stretch bigs between he and Holmes will be interesting to watch.
I'm also intrigued by Fraizer. Again, I haven't seen a whole lot of him, but I'm looking forward to his shooting, defense and if he can make good passes. Similar to the Kelly/Holmes battle, it'll be interesting to see how the Fraizer/Jabari Brown (who I'm not all that high on) plays out.
Never had an interest in adding Artest before, when he could play, and I have even less interest in adding him now.
As a coach for Randle? Cool.
As a player?? Come on, man. _________________ Everything. Changes. |

I'm watching the summer league game against philly and I'm going to go out on a limb and say that nance will be in the rotation before the end of the season. His defense is really, really good already. He's always in great position, strong enough to hold his ground in the paint, and his weak side defense is amazing. BScott is going to love this kid. Look out if he comes into camp hitting that midrange jumper |

F.Y.I: Only 7 of the 19-20 or so players invited to camp in October were in camp last season.
This years crop of players appear to be more versatile, more talented and younger.
The roster stands at 18 players, with 12 fully guaranteed.
Two more players will probably be added (MWP?? & an unnamed player).

I think that was his best game of SL. He kind of struggled in the other games if memory serves...they key for him as the aforementioned 'jump shot.' |

He got the start because Randle was restricted. i think his defense is always solid but his offense comes and goes. That game he just had a lot of highlight plays |

I guess I'll root for Frazier over Jabari if he plays well - because he can play some SF with his size
Rooting for Holmes over Kelly because defense, and a fresh face.
Would like to see Huertas, Upshaw, Holmes, Frazier all make the team - cut Sacre, Kelly. |

This. I like Jabari but I'll take a pure catch and shoot guy like Frazier. _________________ From 2-10 to the Western Conference Finals |

I believe training camp starts on 9/29, FWIW. I haven't found anything specific on that yet though. |

Honestly. As of this very moment I am just not into this upcoming season. Maybe it's the fact that football just started or that the team has been abysmal of late.... but I am just "meh" about basketball right now. I really hope that feeling passes, but it's been heading this way for a while now unfortunately.

Isn't Frazier the same size as Brown? |

Frazier has an inch on him and a inch and a half in reach. He'd be undersized at SF but he's a legit 6'5 w a solid frame , he could manage vs a lot of these perimeter oriented SFs |
