| A lot of teams have the city name for the road jerseys. How about having the "Los Angeles " jerseys they had in the 60s/70s and make those the purple road unis? |

Agreed. Some of you are getting caught up in the nostalgia I think. Maybe bring back the classic jerseys for a few games but I don't like the idea of completely going back to them. That time has come and gone, let the new guys have a chance to make their own legacy with some new jerseys. |

I agree. It would be weird if we went back to the Magic-era jersey and used the Kobe-era jersey on throwback night.
Just don't go messing with the Lakers font or doing some idiotic "LAC" alternate logo like the Clippers. Also, please get rid of the "L" alternate logo on the shorts. I don't know why we even have an alternate logo.

I was afraid to bump this thread while the dark cloud that was Byron loomed over our beloved franchise. But now that he's gone and rumors are we will be hiring Luke Walton or Ettore Messina, let the new era begin!!

| I agree we need new jerseys. We've had those damn v-neck jerseys for too long. I'd like to go with purple numbers on the gold uniforms like back in the 80's. |

One thing I've always loved about the Lakers is that we have LAKERS written on our road uniforms.
I wouldn't like changing that. |

Yup! That looks nice!
Maybe minor changes like a full stripe (instead of just the shorts), longer shorts (obviously lol), and possible a font change to the numbers (not required).
That in combination with the new materials/mesh pattern they used would make it fresh! Plus we'd get a Hollywood Nights variant |

Even then, I heard that the uniforms that fans and consumers buy will not have the ads on them. I believe you can still buy them with the ads though, probably at a higher price. All my knowledge is straight from ESPN radio though, haha so blame them for any inaccuracies! |

| I'm actually a big fan of the black swingman jerseys, sleeves and sleeveless. Not as a main of course, but they are the best looking alternates in the league. I like them better than most teams' regular jerseys. |

The ads on the jersey's are only when the player play on the court the retail versions will not have the advertisements. In addition the advertisements
is up to them team if they wish to endorse them or not, not every team has to have an advertisement. |

I just can't stand their TMZ like coverage. But I know that's what drives $$$ for them. |

| I'm a fan of these jerseys, but they remind me too much of the NVE Lakers. Fun to watch but never really played for anything. Sadly, I feel we're on the verge of that as it is. I'll reluctantly pass. |

Actually we don't need to go back to those but we need something new. Newly designed uniforms, we need to redesign our logo even. We should usher in the new era with a new coach, freshly designed uniforms and a redesigned logo, that would be dope
