Welcome back gentlemen and gentle ladies. It's that time of year again where we throw caution to the wind and start posting lots of kneejerk positive and negative (but mostly negative) comments about our team based on one play's worth of evidence.

As a prominent 2014 tanker and someone who probably got half of their post count as a result of bashing Jordan Hill last year, I figured I'd kick us off. This is it folks.

OFFSEASON IS OVERRRRR.

Because training camp rosters are ridiculously long, you'll have to deal with my abridged versions.

- Athletic improvement from Russell (compared to summer league)
- Byron Scott holding to his word and not playing essential players for 48 minutes
- Will be interesting to see Hibbert go against a younger better version of himself
- I wonder if our guys will be gassed
- Hope to see a less erratic version of Randle
- Will Kobe play a few minutes?
- Thank god there's no Jordan Hill

Been like torture waiting for the pre-season/season to start! Can't overstate how excited/optimistic I am for the Lakers! Got the talent, now begins the process of trying to see how it all fits, and putting it all together!

After enduring the worst season in Lakers' basketball history, we are presented with a clean slate and the gift of Russell and Randle, Kobe's return, new vets in Hibbert and Lou, MWP the mentor, Upshaw, JC and the like. It's great to be back!!
