A shooter who opened fire at at Umpqua Community College Thursday in southern Oregon injured as many as 20 people before he was downed, a Douglas County official said.
County commissioner Chris Boice told KGW-TV that 15 to 20 people were injured in the melee, including one woman shot in the chest.
Boice said the shooter was "brought down," according to KGW reporter Tim Gordon.
Authorities in Roseburg, Ore., where the school is located, called on residents and students not to go to the campus.
"Active shooter at UCC. Please stay away from the area," Fire District No. 2 that serves Douglas County said on Twitter.

Not surprised....school shootings get these channels ratings in an otherwise boring day filled with the usual news. These guys descend on the chaos like vultures.

Yeah. Wasn't the Elliot Roberts kid on a bodybuilding forum? I guess these guys idolize him as the founder of the Beta Uprising movement.

I wasn't thinking of that particular incident....there was an incident where this guy thought of committing suicide a couple of years back and the posters egged him on. He live streamed it over the internet and people thought he was messing around....until he stopped moving.
