Is elbow pit a real thing? I mean, I totally get what you're referring to, I've just never heard it referred to as the elbow pit. Plus, wouldn't that make the arm pit, the shoulder pit?

Come to think of it -- I've never heard of anyone ever refer to that area of the arm before. Maybe I'll learn something today.

More worried about doing hip hop moves than they are about basketball. The new generation.

Its like sneezing into your inner elbow crease, through your nose. Then you dabbin. At least thats how I saw it explained on youtube
