Quote: | 93. Kobe Bryant
Los Angeles Lakers | SG
@kobebryant | Score: 43.0
Last year's rank: 40
2015-16 RPM: -0.69
Insider profile: At this stage, Kobe has turned into a parody of himself, with seemingly every field-goal attempt coming "against all odds," as Bryant dominates the ball during possessions and often shooting long jumpers against double coverage. |

Oh boy. Everyone brace yourselves. (And I think he will outplay his 93rd pick this year). _________________ From 2-10 to the Western Conference Finals |

Higher than I expected. Hibbert's the one they totally whiffed on. |

I suspect the backlash will be a little more muted this year. |

As long as Kobe stays relatively healthy he'll be able to use stuff like this to propel himself to at least the level of an all-star. I mean if he just hits his open jumpers that's like an automatic 20ppg. |

His passing last night was beautiful. If he can play more balanced like that he will be a top 50 level player easily. _________________ From 2-10 to the Western Conference Finals |

Well, if you can't stay on the court, that's going to hurt him.
All the other arguments/justifications they make in the video discussion are irritating. |

Seems like a fair description of last season's Kobe tbh. |

Oh man. Let's hope they aren't overly optimistic again for the 3rd year in a row. =(
I want to see Kobe walk off that Staples Center court for his final game, not have it be on the bench. |

Meaningless ranking. If Kobe's on the court healthy there aren't more than 18 guys better than him currently. |

I agree, but I think we're going to see a different Kobe this season. I'm not expecting him to dazzle every time he's on the court. However, I do expect him to play a more measured and efficient game. |

If Kobe plays like he did in the first two pre season games and if he stays healthy he's gonna be really good this year. |

I'm inclined to believe the same, but we know how unpredictable Kobe can be. |

Kobe made this ranking and summary look pretty silly last night and I hope he continues to the rest of the year like he has his entire career _________________ "Bryant has been the second best player in the NBA for over a decade, but the number 1 player changes every other year. Yeah I was going to mention that too. Strangely they have Russell ahead of him. |

My thing is once Lebron starts to decline or once he suffers a serious injury they should not stop this ranking BS and they should rank him appropriately. _________________ My Dream Starting 5 next Season
