Definitely deserves his own thread. He looked spectacular tonight!
He is exactly what this team needs to help organize the second unit. What a difference with him on the floor with the 2nd unit compared to the first couple of preseason games when we basically went iOS with Lou and Young.

| I honestly think Huertas looks as good or better than Russell (he definitely looks smoother). Even with just the probing and mid-range, Huertas looks like more of an offensive threat. DLO isn't any kind of offensive threat right now, except for his passing. |

Sort of. Streaky and doesn't have the most beautiful release, but he's hit at a high % several times before.

Hurts looks like the stabilizing commander that the second unit needs, in order to operate efficiently. In addition, he can also be a mentor to Russell, and Clarkson, alongside Kobe.
It's been a slow process, but I can see this team shaping up nicely. Still have a ways to go, but beginning to see the team taking shape.

| Having a point guard to stabilize the second unit will really help Lou and Nick get their own shot in the rhythm of the offense, rather than them having to go 1 on 1 to their theirs. Huertas demonstrated that ability to stabilize the bench tonight. Great debut from him. |
