Would like to see how people feel about Randle compared to Vonleh. Personally, I believe Vonleh is the better prospect. |

Vonleh gives me a kind of Kwame Brown vibe. Fortunately for him, his hands are about twice the size.

I'll take Randle. Vonleh looks like he may have some potential, but looking at him this preseason, he still looks lost. The knock on him in Charlotte was that he didn't have much of a bball iq.
I really like the way Randle is playing right now, he just needs to keep improving his overall game and get a consistent jump shot. _________________ "It's just a job. Grass grows, birds fly, waves pound the sand. I beat people up."-The Greatest |

I'll admit I was really high on Vonleh. I still think portland got him for a heck of a price. I wanted the Lakers to pick Vonleh, but I did believe Randle was the best college player in his class. I was worried if he would be able to succeed in the NBA (Randle)... about 500 days later, I can say... I was wrong.
Randle should translate really well to the NBA. Vonleh I still think could become a legitimate big in this league, but he still has a lot of growing to do (I felt he was a 2-3 year project even on draft day). _________________ How can I get a copy of a Laker game played on Sunday, March 11, 2001 Sonics/Lakers? I would be willing to pay you for it. |
