Pacers waived Toney Douglas. Should we pick him up?

He was drafted by the Lakers in the 1st round in 2009 and is a good defensive player and a 3 pt shooter, something we need so desperately! Should we claim him and waive Sacre or Meta?

If we did Metta is toast, but my real answer is no.
