#Nuggets big men Nikola Jokic (back) & Joffrey Lauvergne (back) remain questionable for tomorrow's game at the LA Lakers.

I hope D-LO gets off early so he can settle in and run the offense. It should be an interesting & fun match-up.

This is my sole expectation for every game this season.. nothing more nothing less..

As bad as we've been so far, I'm having a lot of fun watching Randle beast it up. The kid has a bright future in the NBA.

Still not impressed with DLO, though...

If we can start the game well which is the opposite to how we started against Dallas, I reckon we will win. Expecting someone to get 25pts.

Denver (1-2) could be shorthanded for this meeting, though, as big men Joffrey Lauvergne and Nikola Jokic are dealing with back pain.

Jokic suffered a strain and had to leave early in Sunday's 117-93 loss to Oklahoma City, while Lauvergne scored 11 points in nearly 19 minutes playing through spasms. Both will be evaluated to determine their status for Tuesday.

Wilson Chandler (right hip strain) and Jusuf Nurkic (left patellar tendon injury) have yet to play this season.

"That's all we need is more banged-up bodies," coach Michael Malone said. "That's the nature of the NBA."

The Nuggets drained 13 3-pointers and shot over 50 percent in a 20-point rout of Houston to open the season, but they've shot just 34.2 percent from the floor and 14 of 51 from long range in back-to-back defeats.

Will Barton came off the bench to score 15 points against the Thunder, and Gallinari also had 15 but shot just 3 of 13. Oklahoma City shot 52.3 percent and scored 37 points in the third quarter.

"For whatever reason, we came out in that third and got our butts kicked," Malone said. "Thirty-seven points (allowed) in one quarter - that's hard to do."

And honestly we would get a win if Kobe handled the ball and facilitated and he made JC and Russ both just finish since they make bad decisions and get stuck a lot .. MAke them catch and shoot since Russell can't beat anyone at all and JC has more tunnel vision than Nick an Lou put together.

Mudiay was already going to beat D'Angelo and JC's ass since hes better both ways than either of them are, but now hes going to make Russ his b**** this game (thank you scott for your quote) and it will happen easily since Russell couldnt even get by Deron

Said it all summer Mudiay was the correct pick, best athlete, best two way guy, and will have the best career of the non-Towns guys

I really think you're overplaying how Mudiay has played so far.

Mudiay has actually had to be accounted for in SL, preseason, and these games. Russell hasn't showed up and had to be accounted for yet. And it's not just a nba thing, it wwas true in college as he no showed vs any good team who pressed him and exploited the facts he can't explode and his handle is too weak to be a full time 1

I wasn't even comparing Mudiay to Russell, but ok. I just think you're overrating how Mudiay has played because he is struggling as well and even if your not a fan of Russell I don't see how you can put Mudiay over Clarkson offensively.

I can put Mudiay as a better player than him because he can play basic D. Clarkson is terrible on that end. He's a tunnel vision scorer that doesnt even try to do anything defensively.

Well we clearly value their production differently.

there's a ridiculously large amount of jahlil okafor and emmanuel mudiay stans on this board for it being a lakers forum. how come nobody's talking about WCS or Hezonja or Winslow or Stanley Johnson or Porzingis? It's all Okafor or Mudiay.
