We better win this game. If we don't all hope is lost.

At least we say Denver is a team with an exciting, dynamic young point guard with some really solid veterans like Faried and Gallianari, Barton, etc.

Dallas was a playoff team last year. Sacremento is improved with the addition of Rondo and Stein.

Minnesota was playing inspired and is better this year.

Brooklyn is not a good basketball team. Johnson is on the downside of his career, Jack is a career backup, Lopez is very good but still soft as a defender.

No excuses.

Denver had no bigs when we played them.

Let's see some more of DLo feeding Randle, more Clarkson when DLo sits, Black backing up Hibs, and maybe some Nance minutes out there. And perhaps Kobe moving the ball and taking what the defense gives him like he did breifly in preseason.

Too much to ask for?

Throw in about 5-10 minutes of Peace & Brown too.

Is it time for the Brooklyn Nets to panic? Some are saying 'Yes'
Quote:
For three of the four teams, yeah, it's either too early to tell and/or exactly on par for where they want to be (*cough*76ers*cough*). For one team, however, the Brooklyn Nets, yeah it might be time to start to panic, as Bleacher Report's Howard Beck notes.

Win or lose, I want Russell, Clarkson and Randle playing big minutes this game.

No excuses.

I also don't want to see anymore of that Kelly/Bass frontcourt bullcrap again.

Jordan Clarkson hopes tickets to Nets game lifts Lakers fan spirits

KUDOS TO JORDAN!
Quote:
NEW YORK — The fan mail flooded Jordan Clarkson’s inbox. That left the Lakers’ second-year guard endlessly sifting through them.

But as Clarkson remained consumed with his offseason training, one letter caught his eye.

Jeffrey Yourman, a 22-year-old student at Kean University in Union, N.J., informed Clarkson he has received lifelong treatment for cystic fibrosis, a genetic lung disorder that also affects his organs, sinuses, kidneys and liver. On top of that, Yourman’s 22-year-old girlfriend, Roni Bibring, is in remission from leukemia and partially paralyzed.

Clarkson will make Yourman’s wish come true. Clarkson is giving Yourman and Bibring two tickets for when the Lakers (0-4) visit the Brooklyn Nets (0-4) on Friday at Barclays Center. Afterward, Clarkson will have a meet-and-greet with the couple and share his own story. Clarkson’s father, Mike, was diagnosed in 2014 with a rare form of cancer in his lower back, something he has since overcome.

Joe is shooting 32.6% from the field and is not good this season. Watch him become a star again vs Lakers(just like Faried).

Lopez is a load too.

We will have to be clicking on all cylinders offensively because we are god-awful on defense.

Plus the Nets will be playing at home.
