I recall like 4 years ago or so, talking about this guy being a great pick for the Pistons and would kill to have him on the Lakers. Many didn't agree, and scoffed at his inability back then.

He won't have a really long prime IMO, but he'll definitely be one of the best now he's in his prime. SVG who got the best out of Dwight was probably the best guy for him as well.

SO GLAD I have him on my fantasy team(the LG league that I'm in )

Phenomenal numbers. He's averaging 20.3 PPG and 20.3 RPG through the first 6 games of the season. INSANE!

Getting rid of Monroe was the best thing for that team and for Drummond's career.

Dude's also putting in 1.6 blocks and 1.8 steals. Literally FT shooting is the only stat he's weak on in fantasy but he's giving you steals too which makes up for it since you don't get that normally in a big.

Definitely JB. I agree with your previous post too, of Monroe leaving being beneficial because its given Andre room to operate in the paint, and Illyasova's being used as a stretch four(I think that's how they're doing it. I've only seen two of their games so far, admittedly )

That was a big reason I picked him up because I knew his offensive numbers would go up but I didn't expect 20/20.

I know he won't keep it up all year but it's just really impressive. If he could hit 60% of his FT's the kid would be unstoppable.

The scary part is Drummond is 22 years old. He doesn't turn 23 until next August.

He's likely staying in Detroit huh? (haven't studied his situation)

Stan Van Gundy. The big man whisperer.

4 out, 1 in . Reminds me of Orlando's offense in '09.
