I know everyone is still down after that horrific loss to a truly awful basketball team in Philadelphia, but give them credit they bounced back and had a great win on the road against what's been a dissapointing team yet just beat the ECF champs the night before. There are other such teams remaining on the road trip.

Detroit - Already beat them down in our second win of the season. I believe we've won five straight there even as terrible as the Lakers have been in recent years.

Houston - Probably the most dissapointing team in basketball so far. A team that was in the Western Finals after a historic comeback against the Clippers. They just got their coach fired and still haven't seemed to get it together.

Toronto - Got off to a torrid 5-0 start and are just 7-7 since. This is probably a loss, but there is the Kobe factor and we know how historically he's absolutely humiliated the Raptors. We did nearly come back against them at Staples.

Minnesota - Had a big lead and blew it. Should've had that game, but like many others we let it get away from us. I think the Lakers will be looking to avenge that loss and will win that one.

Atlanta - Not playing at near the level they did a season ago. Believe we actually beat them last year during their spectacular regular season when they won 60 games.

San Antonio is the only definite loss I see. I refuse to believe this team is this bad. I refuse to believe they're gonna stand for this. As bad as Byron is talented teams can overcome bad coaching. I still believe this is a talented basketball team. We know about the young studs, but Bass has played better had a very nice game last night. Offense was a lot more fluid last night. Seems like they're starting to scratch the Princeton a bit and get out in transition more and doing what they best with all the youth and athleticism as well as the high screen and roll game. Listen we've been in all these games except two. At some point we're gonna start winning some of these games that we've let slip away. Defense improved last night as well. Wall and Gortat were hurting us early with their two man game, but we did a much better job after the outset. Beal was largely a non factor and eventually they were essentially a one man show with Wall.

Well, as much as other teams have flaws, we are 3-15, and have Byron Scott at the helm.

Only game I see us "possibly" winning is Minnesota but it think every game will be competitive because the LEAST coast teams are mediocre.....

I say we have somewhere between a total of 4-6 wins when this road trip ends.

Let's get real. We just saw the Lakers beat the Sixers.

After the past month of Laker basketball, I'll admit to wondering if there are any winnable games ahead.

Minnesota ? They've won five more games than us so far and they have three players any of whom I'd trade any one of ours for: Wiggins, LaVine and Towns.

Toronto ? They're set up to kill the Lakers.

Detroit ? Houston ? More talented than us.

The Spurs ? Bwuuuah hahahahaha.

I suppose the Lakers might stumble into a win in the next ten days, but you know ... I doubt it.

I like the optimism. I hope last night was a preview of coming attractions. It was like night and day with this team. Not sure how much had to do with Byron, the loss to Philly, the talk on the bus ride, or what but I hope something finally clicked. We are only 5 GAMES out of a playoff spot and 6.5 games behind the Drippers. I have and hope this team has to much pride to tank it out.

I think Houston destroys us. They're still talented and Harden is gonna go off against our defense. Poor Roy's gonna pick up 6 fouls in like 10 min

i don't know why, but I think we have a better chance to win some of these games with a healthy does of Tarik Black. the Hibbert/Bass combo at center isn't doing it for me. we need some halfway consistent postup play at C to balance out the guard/SF shooting.

I think we pull out tomorrow's game and beat the Pistons for our 4th win. Russell, Randle and Clarkson are developing well enough that I think in another month if we can get 2 of them going in a game we will have a good chance to win most games. I love that they are starting to put things together on a long road trip, those sometimes create many bonding moments.

They're winnable but honestly I dont want to win right now. The prospect of Ben Simmons is making me wet.

I don't think we are winning any of them. We are not tanking with Byron as the head coach he's trying his best to win but he's not using the players correctly

Then go to the Tank thread and leave this one alone.

Coach Scott has not used his players correctly since he has been HC.

That being said, we probably still would not have won more than a game or two. We just don't have the talent, nor the coach, to compete on a nightly basis against good-to-mediocre NBA teams.
