Really? A 17 foot contested fade away by Lou is better than a PnR? That's terrible offensive basketball. |
Maybe Scott did not want another player touching the ball.
He went with what he felt would give his team a chance to win or go into overtime.
Lou's shot did not hit the rim. That sucked.
Anyways, we have a bad team. We are going to lose games like these.
Get used to it. |

We probably would have lost by more. Lol. We have a 1-4 record with Kobe and the team we beat is probably the worst team in the NBA |
Speculation. Lakers are 0-2 without Kobe and Bulls blow them out yesterday. |

Brandon Bass and Louis Williams continue to be completely pointless. Good job panicking in free agency Lakers. Now you have less cap space and fewer roster spots and literally nothing to show for it. _________________ You are either in or on your way to the NBA Finals. |

People are being sarcastic because there has been quite frankly one poster in particular who has been going on about how Kobe is basically ruining the Lakers this season. |

As long as he plays our rooks and Clarkson fairly, I don't mind the losses. I can enjoy the season while watching the rookies improve with every game. 31 min for DLO is about right |

Russell would have more assist out there if Black is there instead of Bass. |

Solid observation, but you are talking to a wall. These folks have got out their pitchforks and torches, they want the heads of Byron and Kobe. Tonight proves their on a witch hunt with every Laker Loss. Progress doesn't equal a win and that's all they want along with the Heads of Byron and Kobe. _________________ "If you see me in a fight with a bear, prey for the bear". Ive always loved that quote. Shooting a contested fadeaway over a taller lengthy 6'4 defender is not a good play, no matter how you look at that. You can get a way better shot than a desperation practical heave with a full 24 second shot clock. |

I have no problem with Lou taking the shot. It is just about how he took it. |

That is such a passive aggressive and patronizing response. Proving that you aren't actually reading what a lot of people are posting and what people's actual greivances are. |

When was that? Byron never fights for his players. He is that horrible incompetent boss that everyone has had at least once in their life. |
It was their final 3 point shot before the final shot!! |

Okay Lou took the shot. Fine, then why did they sub in Nick? I'd prefer he go iso in that situation over Lou. |

I don't understand how anyone can defend Byron at this point. If having Lou play 17 minutes straight gives us a better chance to win then why not have the "vets" play all 48. That should surely give us the greatest chance to win right? |

This team is weak. Calling for Byron head or Kobe. Is the same fan who went after Mike brown. Etc.....
Fans Phil Jackson not coming back. And for the ones who want Luke Walton with the talent they have I can coach that team to the playoff. Get real people. |

Byron scott did not miss shot. Or left people open. Defense is personal effort not coaching. |
