Hinkie is going to be the one laughing when the 76ers end up with two top five draft picks at the end of this year... which they can then use to draft Simmons and Labissiere to pair with their other 87 bigs.

Hinkie can laugh all he wants. He ain't making the playoffs this decade.

Not if they lose 60+ games a year, which would only happen if they found a Lebron. I doubt they do that.

Sub. 500 teams make the playoffs every year out in the Eastern Conference.

I could see Philly making the playoffs...eventually.

Well obviously but they're not going to keep losing 60 games.

Yeah this year East is loaded with competitive teams. All the tanking and FA moves have allowed them to finally have like 10-11 teams that are going to be .500 or so, or better. CLE, ATL, TOR, MIA and CHI will be better. After that, you've got about 6 teams that'll be anywhere between 38-44 wins this year, similar to what we're seeing in the West. This will be a year where teams that make the playoffs in the East, actually deserved to be there. Finally.
