As long as Okafor starts, Nets have a great chance.

Ok guys relax. Seriously relax.

We just BARELY beat two really bad teams, and now we got a long hard month the rest of the way.

The next game is in San Antonio. And the Sixers-Nets tomorrow and Saturday have very winninable games.

The tank will survive. As long as Byron is here with his clueless substitutions, rotations, and Kobe won't keep making heaves forever, the tank should be fine.

Told you guys. Nets about to win tonight. And they play against the Sixers tomorrow for a very likely 2nd straight win now that Okafor is back in the starting lineup which means Sixers are tanking again.

And those 2 straight wins cancel out ours.

Nets aren't the only threat though. Suns are right there, they might go winless the rest of the way.

Yeah, the Suns are really gonna lose 31 straight games.

They beat the Hawks 6 games ago and are playing against the Jazz at Pheonix. Very winnable.

Suns are not a threat IMO. Unless we suddenly think they will go 2-29 in the next 31 games, who cares?

Well Suns did just go 2-30. So yes its certainly possible. They are our biggest threat in my opinion.

Wrong. In their last 30 games, they are 6-24. That's bad but not freaking 2-30 or 2-29.

If the Suns get even 3 wins in their next 31 games, they are already out of the threat area. We are a team that will likely not even make 16 wins this season while the Suns are already 3 wins away from 17.

I'm pretty sure the Suns are are 2-21 in their last 23, that's probably where the stat came from.

They really are terrible.

Rooting for the Nets. I have given up on trying to catch up to Philly.

I agree for the most part. Catching the Sixers is something I won't get my hopes up about.

This was a great Nets win so they should be able to carry out that momentum and knockdown the Sixers next.

Hopefully Brandon Knight returns after the break. Would help them produce a few more wins.

Remaining schedule:

Likely losses: Spurs x 2, Pacers, Cavs x 2, Bulls, Grizz x 3, Hawks, Warriors, @ Utah, Miami, Clips, Rockets, Thunder

Possible wins: @ Bucks (2nd b2b), Nets, Nuggets x2, Magic, Knicks, Suns, Wiz, Celtics, @ Pelicans, Utah

We probably end up anywhere between the 2nd and 4th worst record.

Hopefully. They're pretty blatantly tanking though so I wouldn't be surprised if they shut him down for the season. You know, for "precautionary reasons."

Kings are a mess....
I blame the new owner for getting rid of their competent coach but didn't play a style the owner liked.

Sad to see the Kings have higher standards than the Lakers these days. If they do fire Karl, there's zero excuse for the Lakers not to fire Byron.

Well they do have a better roster than the Lakers. It's not a surprise they have higher standards.

Yep my.mistake, was a typo. They are axtually 3-24 in their last 27 gamea. But they are bad. Worse than us, unless Knight comes back. If he doesn't though, we face them two more times..
Sixers, Lakers and Suns by seasons end will be the 3 worst teams record wise imo. Nets and Wolves are not really a worry.

Barkley's rant on the Suns last night was classic.

Video just in case anyone missed it.

That was epic.

How many times do we have to remind the Nets that they're not keeping the pick?
