Pelicans are up 23, Suns down three to OKC. Suns are awful though, they won't win. |

Wow. Amazing tank night so far. Nets win! Lakers with a close loss with Russell and Randle doing very well, and who knows, maybe the Suns can SOMEHOW pull this one out. They aren't out of it yet...hopefully...maybe. _________________ Darvin Scam: https://media.tenor.com/images/3c15249955860a4b16b59e8ae035fb75/tenor.gif |

That Philly game hurts, but getting some breathing room from the Nets is really important. |

Would have preferred a Minny W today over NOLA, but the Brooklyn win trumps all.
Suns are at least playing better with Morris. When we blew them out, Goodwin, Morris, and Booker barely played. |

Nets and Suns have the same number of wins right now. Both are serious threats. |

Suns tied with OKC at halftime. Not expecting anything, but you never know... |

Nets are winning more now at least, and Suns will come around. As I said before, they can't lose EVERY game. |
at least the nets don't have an incentive to lose like everyone else in the tank race. |

I went to the Lakers v Suns game earlier in the year and the Suns were CLEARLY the better team. I know they've had some injuries but I think we're bad enough to stay behind them |

You sure about that?
Let's hope that Knight comes back after the AS break and Morris keeps playing well. |

The big difference between Nets and Suns is Suns have a pretty good incentive to tank...their season, coach and everything is lost...they might as well get the highest possible pick. Nets dont have any such any incentive...may be they will try to save money by buying out Joe Jhonson during the all star break. |

The Suns schedule is brutal. They play GS, HOU, SA, LAC, BK, and MEM in their next 6 games. They are a bigger threat then the Nets without Bledsoe and Knight. |

Agree. We have tough schedule as well. CLE, SA, CHI, MIL, MEMx2. |

I mean theoretically its possible.
But that would mean the worst losing streak in the history of the NBA. That ain't gonna happen as there have been MUCH worse teams in the past that hasn't accomplished even close to that kind of feat.
Although yes Brandon Knight coming back would help that a lot. Speaking of which, what's the update on him? Does he have a return timetable yet? _________________ Darvin Scam: https://media.tenor.com/images/3c15249955860a4b16b59e8ae035fb75/tenor.gif |

Agree. We have tough schedule as well. CLE, SA, CHI, MIL, MEMx2. | We also play them 2 more times. Hopefully we can at least split. |

I have been saying it for a couple weeks now, the Suns are "probably" the biggest threat to screw over our chances. Only bright spot about them is they had 14 wins already and this gives us a bit of a buffer. But they are in a total nose dive free fall....
The Nets at 14 wins and no incentive will probably end up at #4, right there with the Sixers who are at 7-14 in the last 21, and even in a few of the 14 lost games were quite close like today's loss in OT vrs the Clips....
We are playing way to good to keep that bottom 3 spot, in the end I really think it will be a game or 2 in between the 4 cellar dwellers... |

Except you're forgetting this crucial fact that no other team has: We have Byron Scott. _________________ Darvin Scam: https://media.tenor.com/images/3c15249955860a4b16b59e8ae035fb75/tenor.gif |
