Too bad we had to bring the starters back in to close out this one, but nice win. That's 3 in a row!

Here's a thought. If your bench unit did a good job in the first half, how about you put the same group back in in the second, and save the garbage minutes for the other guys? Why deliberately jack their cohesion by constantly changing their unit?

Question is, do our players keep up their winning ways, or do they run the "system"?

That Huertas lineup was awful.

Alienate them by benching them for poor effort and sloppy play? Who wants to enable here?

All season

I'd be with you if they had been playing well. As it stands, they took a 38-point and turned it into a 16 point lead. They had the opportunity to close out the game and failed miserably.

The vets have looked just as bad all season. Lou is shooting 40% and people talk about him like hes the goat

Exactly. I think Huertas threw off their rhythm by constantly handling the ball, milking the clock, and trying to make a hazardous pass at the end of the shot clock.

This. Plenty of nights Lou has played like pure trash but he still got his minutes and closed out games.

That's a fair point. The presence of Huertas seems to sink the collective spirit of the bench unit.

Bingo.

It's been his tank recipe since he got here. Change the lineups every 15-20 games and this season he changes up game to game.

Yup 7 assits, 3stls, 5rebs, 12 points. Sparked our lead in the 1st quarter that blew the game wide open

Lou seems like a cool cat. I'm not gonna knock his shooting % this season. He seems like a guy working with the cards he's been dealt.

The starters let the Suns cut 8 points off that 38 point lead before the bench even came in. Then the second unit had to deal with Huertas' bungling and that was all she wrote.

Then there is also the curious case of Huertas. If he was the spark according to Byron the other night, he was the opposite in todays game.

Is he going to blame Julius and DLo for today and be silent about Huertas?

This. If Marcelo is in DAngelo is SG. Just stupid. And don't forget his defensive highlights...

I'm ticked that Black couldn't get PT in a game where we had a 38 point lead

Please, stop this. Russell is shooting 40%, can't get to the line and people call him a future 15 times all star. Lou is playing well, so is Kobe, Russell and Randle had the chance, they where ice cold and the starters had to finish the game. Last game wishing we lose the game after Russell went to bench. Let's root for the team first and for a player second. Great game by Lance and Lou and good job by Clarkson sharing the ball.
