Nice to no longer see posts saying things like “But the Rams started 3-1 last year and then fell apart.” Of course the team continuing to win does help. But last year the offense was always terrible.

I do have concerns about how the team will finish though. The team could go 9-7 or 10-6, or win at least 12 games. I wish they had the 99 Rams schedule and played cupcakes every week instead of the division leaders they are going to play.

Well they certainly have a cupcake this week (Texans)!

My concern is that they are undefeated (5-0) playing away and 1-2 at home.

Do they focus better on the road?

Attendance is still really weak and the Rams haven’t played in LA in over a month and returned with a 6-2 record and the division lead. Wow.

I don’t notice any improvement in attendance at all.

Rams should just play the rest of their games on the road....they aren't really that impressive at home. I'm guessing the lack of attendance plays a part in that.

It looks like rwongega's point about Whitworth has proven to be a really apt one. Whitworth is making a world of difference for the Rams, and Cincy can't run the ball at all. Not even since Mixon became the primary ball-carrier; he's only averaging 2.9 YPC.

Thanks man. Definitely the best FA acquisition so far IMO. He's doing his job and acting like a 2nd OL coach in there. Rams do have to look for the future though considering Whitworth's age.

The more pressing need is finding a replacement for Havenstein at RT.

Here’s a pic of the attendance.

Edit: Rams aren’t helping by struggling with the Texans!

Just remember attendance is capped at 60k this year....
I'm guessing the number of fans going to the games is around 40k-50k range.
I looked on stubhub looks like the Eagles game is the hot ticket though.

So stupid - try a 4th down conversion on your own 40 yard line, and kicking a FG on 4th and 10/goal.

I heard it’s 65k. But it still is embarrassing if you can’t sell out. And it looks really bad with all the empty seats.

Gurley said the players talk about it all the time.

I thought it would look better on TV since the ticket prices for Rams games are starting to climb. My guess is the brokers bought all the tickets hoping to make a decent profit and that hasn't come to fruition.

That penalty is killing this team. Horrible field position. (bleep) these refs.

Also horrible decision to not let that kick go. It should be obvious.

I think Texans D has lost some steam. Not seeing Clowney putting same kind of pressure as the first half.

I can see why St. Louis fans are still bitter...they had to put up with garbage for a decade+ and the Rams come back to LA, they have one bad year and are now actually good....
