Win or lose the Rams are in great shape now. The Wentz injury looked very bad, so Eagles Super Bowl hopes are now over and I think the Vikings were playing over their heads. Rams have a pretty easy road to the Super Bowl now.

Nothing is easy unless you are the Patriots.

Easy compared to having to face Philly at home. Eagles with Wentz are easily the best team in the NFC. Rams will be in the Super Bowl.

Goff hasn't drove the team back when they are down the in 4th quarter.......thats a main concern in the playoffs.

Stupid penalties, and I mean stupid--hello Trumaine . . . --and Havenstein's brief injury that allowed his replacement to pretend rather poorly to be a right tackle, did 'em in.

Still, a pretty darn entertaining game.

Wait, down by 2 with it likely being their last offensive possession, why the (bleep) did McVay run the ball twice to start the drive on 1st and 2nd down? Especially when the first carry went for negative yardage? Maybe I'm just a bitter Gurley owner in fantasy football, but c'mon! He should've ran the ball much more earlier in the game when Gurley was basically unstoppable, but on the last drive when time is limited and all you need is a FG, why reverse course all of a sudden and do the exact opposite of what you should be doing?

Speculation was torn ACL but won't be confirmed until they x-ray him. He walked off the field looking rather mobile so theres a big chance it wasn't as bad as it looked.

Yeah, they were way too conservative considering how many yards they needed to get to even kick a FG.

Congrats to the Rams. As an Eagles fan I am devastated about the Wentz injury and their season/playoff hopes are done. Rams were the team I feared the most and I think they now get to the Super Bowl. I'll be rooting for them.

I immediately said he was done when he got hit. Surprised he played another down. ACL will more than likely be the diagnosis. Sucks.

Rams lost 3 games at home this year and surprise, surprise they are most likely going to have home field for a game or two.....
Nothing is a given in the playoffs considering the Rams are very inexperienced.

Why are there so many Eagles fans here? I doubt there's "that" many Philly transplants in L.A.

Same reason why theres so many fans of other teams in LA.
When the Raiders and Rams left in 1994, many of the natives ended up rooting for their favorite out of market team....those loyalties aren't easily changed just because we have 2 teams now. If you want somebody to blame, look at the league office for leaving the market with no home team for 21 years.

I suspect they weren't just from the LA area. You probably had Eagles fans/transpants coming in from the entire Southwest US and Northern California. The Eagles always travel well.

Thanks. I wouldn't count you out just yet. You could get a bye and Foles could get hot. But I don't think the Rams will get to the super bowl. Injuries are starting to build up and they are too young and inexperienced.

They will have to play differently. Become a run first team and rely more on the D. They instantly went from being the class of the NFC to a middle of the pack playoff team. Anything can happen but I don't see a Wentz-less Philly beating the Rams, Vikings, Seahawks, or Saints.

Rams are still trying to regain traction. 25 years is two generations that grew up without the Rams in their lives.

The same Eagles fans basically made the Stubhub Center their home stadium when they played the Chargers. Obviously, the Rams having a lot of fans in LA mitigated their presence today, but there was still a very large contingent of Eagles fans today.

There were so many reasons why the Rams lost today, penalties, poor play calling, poor protection, the fumble, and so on.

The Rams have exceeded expectations but at the end of the day, they are a Team on the rise, next season they MUST upgrade their defensive backs so that they can prevent the long catches.

I also think the Rams should have taken Wentz like the media and all the expert prognosticators called for back before the draft. Goff might have skills and be talented, but Wentz would have been a much better fit...

+1. They are overachieving right now. Keep having to tell myself I was happy with 7-9 this year. Frustrating that they keep repeating the same mistakes, Need Goff to step up and get tougher. Trumaine and Tavon can kick rocks. Need some bigger LBers and better corners.

Yeah! Nice return by Pharoh. He's really found his niche as a kick returner.

Todd Gurley with the rushing TD. Rams up 34-0.
If Seattle comes back it will be the most amazing comeback ever.
