Since moving into the starting lineup seven games ago, a few things have happened for the better. Randle has posted four double-doubles. He has shot 51.4 percent from the field. He has logged just under 30 minutes per contest.
“I still love what Julius has done,” Scott said. “But when Larry was in that starting role, he was playing extremely well.”

It's important that we develop Brandon Bass so as to prepare for our future. _________________ Damian Lillard shatters Dwight Coward's championship dreams:
Here is an idea Scott you clueless moron: how about you start them both...together?
HOLY (bleep) WHAT A CONCEPT AMIRITE!? MINDBLOWING!
Russell
Clarkson
Bryant/Brown
Randle
Nance
Like...woah...wouldn't that change things up a bit?
Oh wait, I got a little ahead of myself with starting Russell. Nah he can't takeover Byron's new head of snake now can he?
Maybe size wise it might not be a good idea because he thinks Nance can't handle himself at center long term.
Doesn't (bleep) matter. Hibbert is garbage either way and the young core starting is much more important than whatever dumb (bleep) Byron comes up with.
The problem is that Hibbert won't be benched any time soon so its impossible.

And that's the problem and why Byron is clueless.
Thus why Lou, Nick, Roy, and Brandon are all on the trade block I mean the is a reason why Lou starts too.

I want them traded and gone, not just "on the trade block".
If the Lakers really wanted to trade Lou away, he would be gone already because a lot of contending teams would want his scoring at least. We didn't need to prove it by having him start and take minutes away from Russell. _________________ Darvin Scam: https://media.tenor.com/images/3c15249955860a4b16b59e8ae035fb75/tenor.gif

I mean truthfully Lou is going to be the 6th man if kept with a real coach.
For the people who are starting to jump to Byron's defense and can't wrap your mind around all of the criticism he gets, this is why. Over and over again he proves his ineptness when it comes to developing these young players. Nance will obviously be an important piece for the future, but he's likely to be a role player off the bench. This franchise will be on the shoulders of Russell, Clarkson, and Randle (throw in Simmons or Ingram if they nab one of the first two picks). Randle had been struggling pretty horribly for about a month, and once he finally starts stringing together a really good stretch of games and his confidence builds as a result, you send him right back to the bench, rather than rewarding him? Byron has a unique way of figuring out what the dumbest move would be and then convincing himself that it's the best move. He approaches simple math like it's rocket science. _________________ “Christ did not die to forgive sinners who go on treasuring anything above seeing and savoring God.
