This was the most bittersweet victory ever. It was really cool watching Kobe splash shots. But the fact he saved Byron's ass in the process, while addressing ZERO of the problems BS is creating is just annoying as (bleep).

Meaningless win. Probably bought Scott another few weeks of grace period. I was rooting for Twovles and I'm not ashamed to admit that

They planned in keeping for the rest of the season anyway

We have very few games we can afford to win. I would rather use those games on beating good teams relying on our young guys.

Instead of beating bad teams with big games for Kobe and Lou. Its a cheap thrill and has no value for our future.

The young guys did play well, though. Obviously DLo should have closed instead of Lou, which is an ongoing issue.

Why wasn't that mid court in the first place????

Some teams like having more room but I think Byron just didn't know he had the option.

It was ball out of bounce. He had no option. You only have that option off of a timeout. So Byron didn't want to waste a timeout if he didn't have to.

This fool popped up just for a win so he can boast about Byron? Where was this guy earlier?

When I heard the Lakers are the only team in the NBA that hasn't lost 11 in a row, ever, that was it. Lakers just HAD to win this one. Byron can look like an ass some other day. Kobe with a vintage night.

Yeah baby!

Unbelievable Kobe.

I guess his shoulder and achilles is not bothering him that much. Kobe always show this season that he can still perform at high level, even at this age,if he is healthy.
