Like seeing the love Kobe gets and all, but something kinda bothers me seeing him jack miss after miss, shoot us out of the game, and then smile and hug the opposing players.

I know, it's KFT, but it's still kinda weird.

Lakers have to be blatantly trying to lose. There's no other excuse to foul a guy on a 3 point shot with a minute left. If the Lakers don't foul, they probably win.

This group is trying to lose, and it stinks.
I guess Clarkson really wants to play with Ben Simmons next season.

I think there is collusion going on. That was a blatant tanked game, because the Pacers played as badly as they possibly could.

KFT only happens to kobe. MJ the GOAT never get a MJFT.

It's great to see Kobe get on one of his runs, but we can't ride him forever. D-LO was on a roll too and he didn't even touch the ball the last two minutes basically.

DLO was WIDE open arms in the air calling for the ball when Kobe started misfiring too. Wish the ball would have found him. He certainly doesn't shy away from clutch shots.

These are really good teams they're taking to the wire. The tank will not last long.

This is where Kobe needs to be smarter and lead by example.

His first two 3s there at the end were spot ups from passes (one from Dlo one from JR). The third one, he dribbled and made it. That's when I knew we were in trouble because he thought he was 27 again.

Kobe needs to stick to spot ups. He's done on these iso moves where he has to do it all. He's just too old for that.

This has been going on all year. Scott won't hold Kobe accountable. It sends a bad message to the youngsters.

Yeah, I know, it's different when we get blown out by 20. But when we're in a close one, he tries to do it all by himself and fails, and then laughs seconds after the loss becomes official, it feels weird. Cant fault him for it, he's trying to have fun one last time so I get it, it just feels weird.

Yeah this is the one and only time we will ever see this. I can't imagine any player ever getting this kind of love.

On the road no less. My thoughts exactly. The tank survived the night but it's looking real vulnerable.

Yup, he was smiling and waving as he was walking off the court before the game was even over.

I need to watch it again, was it Stu that let out the really girlish scream when Kobe hit the last 3?

Funny reading this board vs the Pacers forum.

Pacers fans are mad there were so many Kobe fans at the game or at least cheering him during the game.

My coworker got to go to this game(she won the tickets) sadly I will never see him play in person

so what excuses and rationalizations did BScott have this time for the lack of end-of-game execution?

"Kobe's earned those shots. And our young guys are too young to be ready for those moments."

Probably something like that.
