So, Mitch and Jim will have put in the work to assure we have cap space and youth, and Phil will take it from there?
If this is true, Phil just loves to swoop in at the right time. _________________ LeBron, AD, & _________. Stay tuned.

Yeah, someone should remind Jeanie what her dad thought of Phil. Never trusted him and never wanted him in the FO. Hired gun as a coach was fine but not in control of the franchise. _________________ “There is always light if only we're brave enough to see it, if only we're brave enough to be it.” --Amanda Gorman |

Please don't bring Fisher here in the process if this happens. _________________ From 2-10 to the Western Conference Finals |

I would oddly be okay with Phil coming, so long as he doesn't insist on the Triangle. The most important step now is nabbing high quality FAs, and I do think Phil is a better option from that angle than Mitch & Jim.
And it would be just like Phil to step into a situation JUST as things are about to get really good. |

Why would Jeanie bring in Fisher when Phil just fired him? |

You don't think a hobbled legend hurt his ability to sign players? Mitch doesn't even get a chance to work with a truly clean slate? _________________ LeBron, AD, & _________. Stay tuned.

If the other Buss siblings feel that way they can remove Jeannie. But considering Jeannie likely not having the votes to oust Jim, typical SAS rumor _________________ RIP mom. 11-21-1933 to 6-14-2023. |

Yeah, I don't know why a high caliber FA would have signed here in the last 3 years. Even Jerry West didn't sign anyone of significance between Magic's retirement and 1996. That's not Mitch's fault. |

I am ok as well. Mitch has specifically laid egg in the last 3 summers. I would still keep Ryan West tough.
Mitch is not a guy who is charismatic. he freaking replays the same line J West used on Shaq: look at the banners over....blah blah blah |

I do miss Phil's quotes, so that would be nice. _________________ LeBron, AD, & _________. Stay tuned.
