I'm excited for this game tonight, wow. Because of Russell, for the first time since basically the first week of the season, I'm excited to watch the game instead of dreading it.

I'm looking forward to seeing if the team can get a little closer to having all 5 players on the same page on motion weak sets, and of course how Kobe moves the ball when it reaches him. Fans in the crowd are going to want to see him make a shot or two, and I'm sure he'll oblige with a couple contested jumpers, but I'll be curious if at least as often he swings the ball to DLO and Clarkson in prime scoring position throughout the game instead.

My excitement of the game is slightly tempered by Kobe's return.

I'd much rather see more of what we saw last night than the exhibition style of KFT play.
