What a fantastic draft pick Nance was, and in the face of massive ridicule. A high-wire act with wonderful energy that actually has a nice mid-range shot, too. If we can coach him up on defense, he should be a really nice contributor for a while.

Defensively this was a well coached game and they came out with the right strategy on both ends, as well as the correct offense.
Can't even complain about the substitutions.
disliked Scott all year, but this was his best coached game of the season, and our players responded.
Makes me upset we didn't go to this "set" sooner, but I have to give credit where it's due, good job by both Scott and the Lakers tonight. |
This. This is the showdown proof to Durant & WhiteSide to come here!! Go Lakers! | I feel Lakers had a game plan and capitalized on it. Nice job. Great moral victory. A lot of "people" were out last night with the fight going on and the first of the month, etc. A lot of people were out. Most likely the Warriors we indeed hungover bit I'm glad we capitalized on that and made history!!! |

From what I've seen, if I remember correctly, it's mostly been Reggie Miller being disrespectful. |

Greatest upset in NBA regular season history. First time a sub .200 team has beaten a plus .900 team. |

As a UK-based poster I think this is clear proof we need more early games, clearly we're better with me watching live so fewer 3:30AMs and more 8:30PMs, please. _________________ "I got Wheaties!"

Damn if I'm the Lakers, I'm calling Whiteside at midnight. Have the best possible person call the guy. Even over KD. I think our chances would be greater. |

Hell of a win. Best game of the season by far.
I'd like to apologize to Huertas for trashing on him. He's brought it over the last week. |

It actually looks like Huertas is a competent backup PG with this new motion offense. Small sample size, though. And still a massive liability on defense. Then again, so is Lou, and he's certainly a competent NBA player, even if some don't like his style. |

Then we'd be playing the role of the Miami Dolphins, whose win over the Pats in week 17 dropped them to 2nd in the AFC.
And we all know what happened after that. _________________ A banana is killed every time a terrible thread or post is made. Save the bananas. Stop creating terrible posts! |

I'd fire Byron after this win. These guys can play with the right motivation. But the coaches have been unable to get them to play, leaving them clueless and demoralized all season. Someone still tell me this is a 15 or 20 win team. |
