Can we just trade JC if we're gonna bench him no matter how well he's playing. What a (bleep) waste tbh |

Would rather have JC out there in those closing moments of a good game, unless Luke's already forgotten he can play JC at the 2 next to Lonzo -_- Wouldn't put it past him. _________________ How NBA 2K18 failed the All-Time Lakers:

Don't coaches usually play the guys in overtime that finished regulation?
I mean Luke did bring Julius to end the 4th and start the OT. So that was good. |

Another Bush league coaching job by Luke. Even a 5th grade NJB coach would know if they had a foul to give and would keep barking at the team to foul. There's no excuse for that. Luke has single handedly lost us at least 4 games this year with his poor coaching. |

Did you watch the Twitter clip our not? |
Yeah I did. If he wanted them to foul, he would have kept barking. Maybe he was saying don't foul. |
EXACTLY!!!
That was a (bleep) amateur move by Luke. He should have been damn near on the court twerking for the team to foul had he known we had a foul to give. I don't believe he knew which is even worse. |

BI and KCP can keep missing and playing, but Kuz and JC have to play perfect games to get serious playing time. JC and KUZ are shooting near 50% for the year, Randle is over 50%. But it's all the guys in low 40's getting the green light. |

Lol, that's a great idea. Twerking means intentional foul. You should tell Luke. |

Thibs ran out to near halfcourt tonight to get his team to foul (action was on the other side). Think he saw Luke's blunder |

You guys do know that Marco Nunez is supposed to be the guy that knows the foul situation right? Assistants juggle responsibility and knowing there's a foul to give was on Nunez to tell Luke |

Luke put together this inept coaching staff. Therefore he still gets the blame. He should've hired experienced guys that make up for his own weaknesses instead he brought in his Arizona drinking buddies |

Nunez is the athletic trainer and not really a coach. I don't think he was brought in by Luke. Think he was Gary vitis disciple
I think viti had the same role with calling fouls too |

That's all a moot point. Anyone with a (bleep) brain could look up and see that the Lakers had a foul to give and could see the time running down. |

I saw a guy stand up and maybe yelling players to foul, but when the guy saw Luke just stand there, and he sat down and stop yelling too. |

Billy Mac and Stu didn't know the foul situation either. They were like oh no they had a foul to give with .9 left
Neither did the Knicks. porzingis was setting up at the ft line before the ref told him it wasn't fts |

Up to the coaches to know the foul situation, inexcusable. |

I mean, the coaches should have known.
But I'm surprised Juggernaut knew. |

I'd really like to know how the foul chain of command works. At the end of regulation, they played that perfectly knowing they had a foul to give and fouled with only 4 seconds left. But then there's the flub at the end of the game. Maybe it's because it was out of timeout in regulation? |

GT? |
We aren't hiring a shooting coach now. If you listen carefully to Magic he's talking about during the summer. He wanted to hire one last off season but Luke said not to. Magic said next summer it isn't up to Luke.....we'll work with one. |

Luke has got to go...not ready for head coaching gig...glorified lead assistant caliber AT BEST. In a perfect world Phil would come back to coach the home/Cali based games and Luke and Shaw could take over the duties on the road. |

Again his big mistakes. I cant say this loss in only on him but mostly. This is like 4-5 game this season where he is one big reason to blame.
He made huge mistake with his assistants. There is no one dingle experienced guy. Huge huge mistake. |

Eh? On tv at least, you could see whether teams are in the "bonus" or not from the on-screen scoreboard. Knicks still weren't in the bonus under 2 mins so we clearly had at least a foul to give. |

They may be missing their second best player, but at home, they've been one of the best home teams in the league this year. We played them straight up and even on a night where Porzingis was having an even better than usual night.
This is a really young team. I'm seeing some progress. As in the young players are starting to play better and better. Randle, Clarkson, Ingram, Ball, Kuzma. Isn't that part of Luke's job as well? To get the young players to play better. Some have forgotten how the young players performed and were used by Byron Scott. |
The last three games have been encouraging. I'll take 2-1 on the road. |
well.. considering this was our best bet to win another game in this brutal december its's kinda dissapointing |
